been away for a couple weeks what's good this season? already watching ao no exorcist 2, konosuba 2 and youjo senki
demi-chan is cute and also funny so it's a nice combination
Fate has more substance than just banging cats
banging cats is all the substance you need though [editline]21st January 2017[/editline]
Three sex scenes in 60 hours is hardly a porno, it just happens to have erotic context (also, optional as you can turn it off)
yeah its kind of like saying the titanic is raunchy hardcore pornography
I think I need to watch chaos;head for that though?
The Chaos;Head anime is absolute garbage Chaos;Child has a recap at the beginning which does a better job at depicting the events of C;H
I skimmed through a bit of granblue. I'm not sure of the correct word to describe it, but it definitely looks different. Like the colors and shading aren't something I've seen in any recent series (granted I only started watching anime like 2 years ago). The first word that comes to my mind is "old," not that that's a bad thing.
I don't know when it happened but CR has Ghost Stories dubbed. This is gonna be fun.

Both monster girl shows this season are good
demi-chan isn't a monster girl show, dont let crunchy's horrible name translation fool you
Wish there was an option to use japanese names.
Good episode of LWA. had some really funny moments and one of the best girls finally showed up again [sp] i'm glad that akko didn't beat Diana, makes for a better story than just having her beat her withher newly acquired plot device (which will come into play again later on i'm sure). i like how diana shows she does respect akkos perseverance. Also best delinquent amanda[/sp]
youjo senki is so good. glad it's getting good sales
Just because it isn't completely needed to enjoy 3,you still ruined one of the biggest plot twists of 2 by watching 3. The games and anime aren't limited in availability. You could've just waited a little bit longer until you can actually play them and experience it the best way possible. For someone who researches how to enjoy a series, you seem to have chosen the most piss poor way possible to do so.
I suppose the anime studio should have considered that before releasing an anime for 3 and ignoring 2. I already dislike series that force me to go over other mediums to fully experience the story. Also sorry no, I'm not going to wait an indefinite amount of time for my internet to get fixed to continue watching a series I was stupidly in to after the first season. I'm rather impatient that way and I'm okay with that. You genuinely sound offended that I didn't watch the series in the way YOU want me to watch it. Edit: Also to add, 3 was excellent and I just finished it. I doubt the plot twist was that big of a deal.
Having acquired infinite money from the Frame Arms Girls line of model kits, Kotobukiya has decided to make an TV anime with choppy CG about it. Airs in April.

So I don't think it's to anyone's surprise that I start raising my eyebrows when someone's exposure for a series I like is all the bad shit about it.

I read a lot of hate for it but to be honest the season seemed pretty fleshed out. People often times like to hate on things simply because the source material differs and I'm not like that at all. Fair enough about the eyebrow raising, it just came off as very aggressive.

What's fun about the DR series is there are 16 quirky characters for you to meet and be friends with and with the anime, you barely get to see what's up with them before one of them gets killed and the murderer gets executed. Even then, despite having to make these compromises they had to skip a huge amount of the investigations and basically boiled down to them showing a rushed montage of evidence they found around the school. And then when it comes to the class trials, it sticks too much with the game's format and is basically the game's class trials but with anime versions of the game's sprites instead of actually doing something fun and have the characters move around and interact with the environment more. Admittedly, they somewhat fixed this as the show goes on as there are less characters to juggle around with and the few scenes where the trials arent just mimicking the games are moments that I actually enjoyed. To sum it up,the anime failed the fans because it didn't capture the strongest element of the games(the characters) and failed to make it up by giving us something extra(more animated class trials)

It would have probably been a lot better if they doubled the episodes, but I still didn't think it was bad. It really didn't even feel rushed to me. I suppose this could be because I didn't experience the game in its full glory but I dunno. I personally felt that the characters were all very interesting and fleshed out decently well enough myself. I will agree it was a bit much when there were all of them all together, but they worked with it as best they could. Never once did I feel like a character was shallow or lame, I actually think they did an excellent job of showing just the right amount of backstory and emotion necessary to convey who the kids were as people.
Just watched the first episode of Shouwa [del]monogatari[/del] Genroku. What an emotional rollercoaster that was Shiieet, why didn't I follow this while it was airing? I gotta catch up fast so I start on S2
lwa had two cameos in the latest episode not spoiler related one [t]https://68.media.tumblr.com/50157fefddbb2bd8f3c3d5e3d282db85/tumblr_inline_ok94ovKnBN1r7av0p_540.jpg[/t] and spoiler related one is [sp] the dude who runs the magic shop looks exactly the same as the dude from pawn stars[/sp]
Gabriel Dropout really varies in quality. Instead of individual jokes being hit or miss, it seems like entire scenes are hit or miss. It's pretty easy to mark off points in the episode where it transitions from "rather funny" to "unforgivably boring".
