So, the first live of the Sunshine girls was a success, and with a second season announced!
Nobody is at all surprised that it's getting a second season. This was expected, it was just a matter of when, not if. I wonder when the Sunshine movie will release then.
It's not cute when I remember it's a 40 year old dude
old men make the best little girls
I made the mistake of watching something with Fukkireta in it, and now it's stuck in my head.
also there's an anime waifu youtuber now :v: here's her playing Superhot
So I'm watching Tiger mask. Pretty sure Red Death Mask just killed a man, and then killed Tiger mask ten times, all in brutal and horrific ways. I don't think we're dealing with plot armour. armour tends to stop the things that kill you. I think we're dealing with plot respawns or plot regen.
not sure if it is spoiler so I'll just tag it to be sure, but [sp]this part will actually come back as a plot point later[/sp] if I am remembering it correctly.
Yeah, when I watched it, it just set off a lot of signals for me. [sp]They end an episode bringing him up, they start and episode showing his family and humanity, they show his interactions with his subordinates, they give insight in to him. Next to Tanya he has the most development in the show right now. So of course its important in some regard other than just to show off Tanya. My immediate thought is of him returning, given that he was only stabbed through the stomach. That is very bad, but not immediately fatal. Moreover, he landed in freezing water, which might help keep him from bleeding out immediately as well. So, in theory, he could survive with a little help and/or luck. The suggestion of his daughter enlisting to become a foil to Tanya is possible as well, though I can't say much on that.[/sp]

Just finished Baccano, and now I fully understand the praise that's thrown its way. It's possibly cemented itself as one of my favourite anime of all time, and I highly recommend anyone so inclined to watch it. It's short, sweet, and incredibly charming in every aspect. iloveit
Now watch Durarara! You might like it since it's done in a similar style. It also has great OP and has two seasons if you are looking for more. [vid]https://files.catbox.moe/940gt5.mp4[/vid]
Finishing End of Evangelion (And the rest of Eva) I feel confused, violated, scared, enlightened and awestruck all at the same time. Help.
I definitely plan to! I actually heard that they take place in the same universe, which -- even if not prevalent or meaningful from a narrative standpoint -- is pretty cool, and makes me even more excited to see the elements I loved so much carried over into another show. I will report back with results!
I just bought The Ghost In The Shell manga. I watched the 1995 movie a few years ago and absolutely loved it. I rewatched it yesterday, and again, absolutely loved it. So I decided to buy the original manga, and I am liking it so far. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the uncensored version, so I bought the one available on Google Play Books. I wish I could get the uncensored version, just because I hate censorship, but I guess you can't have everything you want. :(
Eoe isn't even confusing....
Like I mean [sp]I understand all the symbolism behind the AT Field being a metaphor for the separation between consciousness ie individualism and how all the main characters represent some sort of Freudian fixation[/sp]. I guess its just the ending visuals that kinda freaked me out, especially the [sp]Giant Rei and all the Rei Clones dying[/sp]. Also all of the [sp]sexual symbolism like the white floating snake thing verbatim "penetrating" Unit-00, and the tiny Rei faces appearing on Shinji's hand[/sp] kinda grossed/freaked me out in the same way [sp]finding out that HR Giger art and the Xenomorph are metaphors for rape freak me out[/sp]. Then again, I guess that kinda falls inline with what the series is saying about [sp]human intimacy, trust and proximity to each other. I mean AT Field is literally defined in psychology as an extreme comfort zone that arises from some cases of autism[/sp]. Honestly tho despite that, I really enjoyed it and loved the mythos, psychological aspects and what not. First time in a while that I also genuinely felt for the characters too.
Wasn't the writer just insanely high all the time while writing it, or am I thinking another mecha anime.
the only thing hideaki anno was on during the making of evangelion was depression, so you're probably thinking of something else

So don't have high hopes.
He directed several good shows too tho.
One good show, and it was quite a while ago. A fluke.
One good show, and it was quite a while ago. A fluke.
I enjoyed fate zero, ga-rei zero and hourou musuko, especially the last one. I thought it was amazing. [editline]28th February 2017[/editline] Oh and the first Kara no kyoukai movie
Aldnoah was good tho.
at the very least i could give you that aldnoah zero didn't completely shit the bed in the first cour. i don't know how anyone could then see part 2 and still believe it doesn't suck
only months late to the party [t]http://i.imgur.com/31vw89x.jpg[/t]
Shit is going down in the Hayate no Gotoku manga. spoilers for real [sp]Only took 561 chapters for her to realize. And it was because of Hayate's mother pretending to be Nagi's dead mother just to fuck over Hayate again like in the very first chapter of the manga. God damnit Hata Kenjiro[/sp] I am guessing Hata Kenjiro was told he's getting axed (or that he has to finish the manga soon) and is going full speed at ending the story and its numerous plot holes.
Ok. I just remembered that I can't remember how aldnoah went about. Did it finish? I said it was good, but then why isn't it memorable? I recall a few moments, some fights were clever, some intrigue. I didn't mind that the MC was emotionless and liked the martian agent stranded on earth a bit too much. Did it get worse over time? I recall it being a bit edgy at times, but it wasn't unreasonably edgy. I can't remember it clearly. Onto simple things. I just caught up with tiger mask. Why does this anime make me feel so good?
it's a bad idea to finish watching all episodes of a very good airing anime the day after each episode is scheduled to air. i finished watching youjo senki episodes 1-7 on sunday, realized i had to wait a whole week to be able to get more because each episode airs on saturday, and it's making each day of schoolwork pass by so much more slowly and it's killing me aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa what should i do
