gonna be bad solely on the fact that it's going to be an adaption of a long story. Either they cut off the good parts at the end (because the pv showed the beginning) or they do some weird abridged version.
if i were them i'd totally cut out how they meet okuyasu and start from when kira is relevant because lets face it, it's gonna be a movie for jojo fans. Like how the Phoenix Wright movie was a bad movie for non-fans but kind of decent if you're already a fan because you already get the gags.

I've been watching through tenchi muyo recently, watched all of the original ova series and the first tv anime (tenchi universe) and yeah, the dub is pretty bad on all of it.
