Frame Arms Girl was pretty decent, better than I expected. It's also the only CG-using anime in recent history to have a consistent and smooth 24fps framerate during its full 3D action scenes, although it does the usual limited framerate for the rest of the show.

I don't normally come here but I assume people will recommend Puella Magi Madoka Magica? Is it true its a subversion of the "magical girl" trope? If it is I guess I'll watch it.

Everything Madoka does is in other magical girl anime, just less dark or depressing (though sometimes not by much)

You have transfers but that's as bad as it gets.

Watched the first episode of Alice to Zouroku. The CG is pretty bad at times but ultimately I can look past that for the fun pairing a magical girl on the run with an old man who doesn't take shit from no one, including magical girls. I hope that once the Dragon maid manga gets further along, that the people who worked on the anime will pick it back up, I'm gonna miss waking up every Wednesday and having it to watch. It made me genuinely happy watching it every time, which is more than i can say about most anime that i have seen.
