Glass, the sequel to Split, is being released through Touchstone in 2019.
How'd that happen? Did they already have something to do with Split?
edit:
aren't they having an extended hiatus though? i dont think the show is gonna come back tbh
Should probably stop talking about Sunny specifically in the marvel thread from here on out, but the reason the shows delayed is because all the actors agreed on taking a break because each of them have solo projects at the moment. Mac is working on a Minecraft movie, Dee is working on her own show, Dennis is also working on a show, Charlie is in things like Pacific Rim 2, and Danny Devito is on broadway.

Distribution is not creation. Disney isn't going to be just distributing X-Men if they own the rights.

Okay?
If you're going to get technical, Disney doesnt make the MCU either, its Marvel Studios under the command of Kevin Feige which is a relatively independent subsidiary of Walt Disney Films, and Marvel Television under Marvel Entertainment under the eye of Jeph Loeb (and Ike Perlmutter).
Again, if it can make money, theres no reason to think they inherently wont do it. They likely wouldnt normally, considering most of their properties, but still, Deadpool and Logan have shown it to be viable when in general R-rated films have been rather eh in terms of revenue for a few years.
Yeah I got a question about new Thor movie: [sp]where did Karl Urban hide his guns at the end of the movie? I mean, they were in the Observatory with all the stuff he took from other realms, and I didn't see him carrying them around...[/sp]
The movie was ok, but our russian dub quality and translation kinda ruined it.

Nah, he had them most of the time. [sp]When he was appointed to be Hela's executioner, you could see them strapped on when he's leading the undead garrison[/sp]

[sp]Didn't see any straps on him, just that axe that Hela gave to him, but I guess I have to re-watch the movie[/sp]
the real issue with the guns is how many round were in them

[sp]At least he did run out of ammo.[/sp]

The ejection port door never opens, either.
The ejection port door never opens, either.
Not while he's firing, but when he finishes they're locked open. He also didn't eject any shell casings either.
A thing i really appreciated of the Italian dub of Thor 3 was how they translated the [sp]God Of Thunder - Lord Of Thunder joke to Dio Del Tuono - Zio Del Tuono, meaning literally "Uncle of the thunder" or "Bro of the thunder" since Zio can also be used to call your friends in slang. I think it's funnier this way [/sp]
The only thing thing I hate about Ragnarok is that it tried to force comedy even though the whole thing was really sad all the way. I feel like dark world was way better than this.

Are you referring to the same The Dark World where the final battle, with the very existence of the Universe at stake, is basically a Merry Melodies/Looney Tunes episode and there're also two annoying minor characters suddendly making out?

What the fuck
This is like saying InHumans was a better show than any of the other marvel shows imo
The only good parts of Dark World are the parts that aren't on Earth
The only good parts of Dark World are the parts that aren't on Earth
The portal battle at the end was fun too, even if it was ridiculous. But other than that, yeah.
The Earth sections in the first Thor movie worked a little better, specifically the fish out of water bits. Thor walking into a pet store and asking for a horse is one of the best jokes in the whole phase one. But it seems that nobody knew how to make the second movie work, which is why it went through three directors. Marvel clearly wanted to go full Cosmic Thor, but the franchise were saddled with the supporting human characters that weren't even interesting the first time around. So we get Jane Foster merging with the macguffin just so she can stay with Thor the entire movie, and stupid subplots about Eric Selvig's meds and Darcy's new boyfriend, just so the characters stranded on Earth have something to do.
Ragnarok has got to be one of the best Marvel movies I have seen, it's up there with Guardians of the Galaxy and Winter Soldier
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the song from Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout's Halloween Overlay, Monsters After Dark has been released. I honestly thought I would hate it but Monsters after Dark and Mission Breakout are fucking fantastic. Definitely better than the Tower of Terror

Iron Man, Captain America: Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2, and The Avengers.
I wonder if the "Sokovia was 2 years ago" line broke the timeline again

Sokovia was in 2015 so it lines up

But doesn't Ragnarok lead straight into Infinity War, which has to take place shortly after Homecoming, which is in 2020?
Just found it's confirmed to be set during Civil War - [sp]so I guess screw that post-credits scene? Unless they're planning to begin Infinity War with Thor being separated from the Asgard ship and spending a couple of fucking years in space[/sp]

Was Age of Ultron specifically mentioned as taking place in 2015?

Where did you hear that Homecoming is set in 2020 doesn't make sense since it's set few months after civil war

Opening of Homecoming sets it as 8 years after Avengers and Peter was apparently the kid in Iron Man 2 via retcon.
What kid in IM2?
