The title of Titan is not an honorific. The only type of marvel character capable of fist fighting thanos would be Apocalypse or the like.
He did have the power stone already at that point, I would imagine it could be used to enhance physical strength.
Yeah, I think that's what the power stone by itself does in the comics. Plus, a lot of the big alien civilizations in the MCU seem to be physical powerhouses: Asgardians (when they're not just literal gods), Kree, whatever MCU Drax is. I chalk it up to their technology being advanced enough that they've remade themselves to an extent. Sufficiently advanced technology, etc.
still, Ironman could hold up agaisnt him to an extent. but hulk couldn't. when it comes to raw strengh i highly doubt banner is weaker than stark, nor that stark has an edge in terms of technique. plus this is not only fully stamina hulk, but that one gladiator hulk who is also far more conscious and has combat experience. I really really want a Hulk movie where we finally get to see hulk being fully aware of himself, so we can finally have also she hulk.
Yes please.
Isn't She-Hulk one of the Marvel properties that still has their film rights tangled up with other parties?
I'm amazed how many parents bring their ~ten year old children to Deadpool holy shit. Good film - enjoyed it about as much as the first. Post credits - there's two. You don't have to wait until the very end of the credits for anything there's nothing there. Saved you some time.
Agents of Shield Season Finale Spoilers Is Fitz the most tortured character in the MCU?
Damn i wish it tied into the avangers
I feel as if casual movie goers won't really care and the people who go to see every single film will already know who they are.
I was just waiting for May to dissolve at the very end or something. Actually, given what happens in Infinity War, that exact moment probably isn't too far off and we just won't get to see it. Unless that happens at the start of season 6. But that really does beg the question of when season 6 will take place, and if Avengers 4 will just erase the snap from the timeline altogether.
but at the same time, if you don't its totally fine. the good thing is that as much as they're all connected, its not mandatory to watch them all as they add to the experience rather than gimp it.
I feel as if it's hit-and-miss. Thor Ragnarok and Spiderman I feel you need to watch at least one previous film to know what's going on, while Winter Soldier, Black Panther, and Antman need nothing prior to watch it.
they probably didnt plan for a 6th season
Mr Mack, my leg don't feel so good
IIRC they said they wrote this episode as a series finale, so it makes sense it isn’t a big cliff hanger
Plus we don't know how things are going to be resolved in Avengers 4. A cliffhanger based on a movie that might be undone by another movie before the next season airs is no reason to mess up a potential happy ending if it's the last season.
AoS Season 5 Finale spoilers [sp]Just a fun little story I thought I'd share: my little sister is a really big fan of the show, I'm less so but I enjoy it alright. Fitz is her favorite character, so when he died in this episode she wouldn't stop crying man lmao. It was the loud type of crying too, like the whole house could hear her, and the weird part was she was laughing the whole time too. I think she thought it was ridiculous that she was crying so much so she started laughing and it created like this weird Joker-esque mix of hardcore crying and laughing. All during all that, I was thinking in the back of my head "Fitz is frozen in a box". You should have seen the look in her face when they revealed frozen Fitz still existed lmao.[/sp]
Buckey's Jesus outfit got me.
To think MVCI was going to be on its prime right now that avengers is out.
As infinity war showed, you have to spend money to make money, some day capcom will figure this out. But not today.
Can we talk about Deadpool here?
Okay, so about Deadpool 2. I want to talk about the big surprise, spoilers obviously. I feel like they underused Juggernaut. It was a cool surprise but they used him just as a big muscle villain. We didn't even a get scene where he showcased his unstoppable force. It's a minor thing but in a movie that gave us a lot of awesome fanboy moments this seems like a wasted opportunity.
He laterally bisected Deadpool and knocked Colossus through two metal fences and building, and literally ragdolled him with one hand behind his back in a full 180 arc.
MVCI being fucked up is kind of a shared responsibility between the two companies i think. LIke the Marvel cast being exclusively MCU characters and also Nova.
Why does Fitz need to suffer so much
they bet hard on both fanbases buying it purely on the name alone, that game suffered some of the worse decisions i've seen in a franchise. the marvel half being hell bent on going for the MCU and crippling itself over the xmen/Doom and the Capcom half being hell bent on pushing the same "games as a e-sport service" that almost killed SFV. its a sad thing that a good dose of the marvel hype comes right off that franchise.
Rumor has it that Disney didn't want the Marvel characters being showed getting hurt in the promotional material... for a fighting game. Plus, according to anecdotes I saw on either Reddit or ResetEra, they forced a bunch of stuff on the game that made no sense, such as including a Ryu and Hulk team up, as if it was a dream team match up that players actually had wanted or something.
Jesus did they bus in some execs from WB to handle MvC:I or something? Disney's usually pretty on-top of their promotions and whatnot.
there are multiple stories about troubled development, from disney getting too involved, to interns working on terrible conditions, to capcom pushing its own agenda with the artwork. it was a trainwreck. even the promo artwork raised concerns as to why everyone looked completely uninterested to be on this van https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/132767/293f1dc3-bf23-4161-9bde-4858b1cc9246/image.png When right prior to it UMVC3 had everyone looking like this https://media.eventhubs.com/images/2012/02/14_umvc3art01.jpg
