DP2 was really, really good. Surprisingly emotional for a Deadpool movie. Was really disappointed that X-Force all died immediately, but the rest of the movie made up for that almost instantly. Also Brad Pitt
Matt Damon too!
I think we're all glossing over the most important detail of Deadpool 2, which is that THEY FUCKING CONFIRMED MOJO WORLD. If that ends up being the plot to DP3 I'm gonna lose my mind. I don't read much X-Men but I fucking LOVE Mojo.
Didn't catch it at the time, I recognized the other man, obviously, but had to look up who that was after the movie. Couldn't tell.
I mean, it wouldn't be Deadpool if they made a big deal about it.
Just saw Deadpool 2 and the post credits scenes were great. Especially killing the other Deadpool.
Jigsaw from the set of Punisher season 2. http://cdn01.cdn.justjared.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/jon-ben/jon-bernthal-ben-barnes-the-punisher-season-2-18.jpg Boy that sure its a bunch of hot fucking garbage.
That... that's it? Really? That's pathetic.
God damn it, he's still pretty. Fuck that.
That's really disappointing, even his beard is intact?
That...is incredibly disappointing. You'd think it would be closer to the movie version with how badly Castle fucked him up with that mirror. And the fact he had a full face cast on at the end. What is this fucking 3 scars bullshit but otherwise fine? Jesus Christ.
Pretty sure nobodies face would look that good after what happened.
The only way for this to be acceptable is if we get a lot of seasons and he gets increasingly more messed up as they progress
Unless they plan to add more in post-production, why even bother.
I settle for no less than his face getting fucking annihilated after every encounter in that season
dangerously looking like jumping way too early to conclusions, like with DC's starfire on-set pictures. alternatively, yeah, that looks just like test makeup.
but in the MCU the impact since the new york incident is hardly visible. according to avengers 3 only 6 years have passed and people still uses 2017 tech. most of the technology/knowledge retrieved from that day is shown to be used exclusively for military uses.
Dude looks like a fucking GTA V online character that respawned after getting shot in face.
How hard is it to just do this. http://basementrejects.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/punisher-war-zone-movie-review-jigsaw-dominic-west.jpg
very hard
"Hey, do you have any idea how much that's all gonna cost me? Just paint some lines on his face, the fuck else do you want?" Ike Perlmutter, probably
Other shows like TWD manage to do prosthetic and a huge amount of makeup for less screen time
Solution: Just give Jigsaw less screen time, but make sure his scenes are poignant.
'Silver & Black' No Longer Has a Release Date | Hollywood Report..
its not just bodypaint and jelly on his face. the process involves a lot of hours, is expensive as hell, and has to be done by profesionals in a way that genuinely allows the actor to survive the long hours that comes with recording each episode. plus it would look far even worse if they went cheap on the prosthetics and ended with something that looks clearly fake. there is a reason why the actor behind red skull did not wanted to reprise his role.
I hope that the next time Spider-Man shows up in a crossover movie they drop the "really old movie" thing, because according to Peter Parker Aliens and Star Wars are ancient, obscure films that genius inventor Tony Stark is unlikely to have watched.
Good. Stay away and just let Marvel do all the work for you, Sony.
Honestly its to the point where I hope the Venom movie is just a complete flop because I do not want Sony having their hands on any superhero IP. The animated Spider-Man movie maybe has potential but Sony's animated department isn't exactly the most talented studio either.
I had a stroke of drunken brilliance during happy hour one day and realized the only way Venom would turn into something amazing, and that's if the post-credits scene shows Tom Hardy Venom swinging around being Venom, only for the camera to pull out to reveal a huge web. And in each web gap, we see Tom Hardy, Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield, Toby McGuire, animated Miles, fucking 60's and Hostess Fruit Cakes and MvC3, just every Spider-Man ever. And we just see Madame Webb sitting in a bigass chair watching it all. Because let's face it, the only reason anyone is upset about this movie where Venom is being played by Tom fucking Hardy is because there's no chance he'll ever show up alongside the current Spider-Man. If you make an elseworlds in the comics, who gives a shit, the default continuity is right over there. But if you commit to something like, say, Logan, you've gotta pony up to the plate since that's the only interpretation of the character that is going to exist in film for the next decade or so. We don't like Venom because it's Sony making another stupid business decision that will all but ensure that Venom doesn't show up anywhere outside of his little mini-verse for the next decade or so (especially if it somehow makes money). So establishing something like that opens up a world of possibilities.
Venom is apparently ambiguously MCU set. Meaning if it does well it'll probably cross over.
