I haven't read the comic, but I'll avoid judgement on his appearance until we get a good look at him. That reminds me, didn't abc change the time slot AOS is on this season? On an unrelated note, I like the thread's subtitle is there a way we can expand on that joke?

Having watched it in HD, it wasn't that good either; they only luminance matched it to the top of his jacket and nothing else which was kinda jarring, considering it's [I]a skull completely engulfed in hellfire[/I], hell check the thumbnail since it conveniently has actual fire and his head on either side of the frame to check.

My guess is they're taking all of Johnny Blaze's GR and putting onto Reyes because the former is what the general audience knows about and are expecting. Essentially this is the opposite of fan service.
