I enjoyed it. I saw it in IMAX 3D, and it was a rather psychedelic experience. The ending boss fight was pretty good and quite different from most movies of the genre.

I like the web wings aslong as they're deployable as opposed to constantly out but why go through the effort of making stuff like that accurate when you won't get rid of those fucking black lines.

Like he shows up in K'un L'un, beats up Shou-Lou The Undying, gets the power, then fucks off to New York to beat up poor people in costumes with his boyfriend "The Bulletproof Giga-Nigga" Luke Cage. Even when discounting the later revelation of there being many iron fists before him (which isnt really a shock at all), none of this fits the "white savior" type of story trope. Even just skimming his wikipedia page disproves it.
