Now, with Jackman insisting he's done after Logan, we have some news sure to break your hearts. Talking to ScreenRant recently, the actor was asked whether he would have considered sticking around as Wolverine if he'd been given the chance to meet The Avengers, and his answer was understandably a resounding yes. "If that was on the table when I made my decision, it certainly would have made me pause. That’s for sure. Because I always love the idea of him within that dynamic, with the Hulk obviously, with Iron Man but there’s a lot of smarter people with MBAs who can’t figure that out [laughter]. You never know." He then went on to discuss the elements of Old Man Logan which they couldn't include in this movie, including The Hulk and his inbred children. Had they made the cut, Jackman points out that the presence of characters from the MCU would have seen him agree to sticking around a little longer. "At the moment, honestly, if I really did have them there, I probably wouldn’t have said this is the last. It just feels like this is the right time [to leave the character]." What a shame, eh? We're now never going to see Wolverine meet Deadpool or members of Earth's Mightiest Heroes, but based on what we've heard, at least Logan is going to be the perfect send off for him!
I'm glad hes done after Logan, hes had his run.
I doubt Marvel would keep Jackman as Wolverine because it would give dumb people the impression that Fox's franchise is within the MCU.
Really can't see anyone topping Jackmans Wolverine. He was born for the role
He's certainly made the role his. I just liked that he took his swan song and jabbed Fox with it this way.

Bill Paxton has died, he played John Garrett in the first season of SHIELD.
He's hailing Hydra in heaven now...
Guess he won't be making a cameo later this season...
:snip: Wasn't new, sorry
You say ratings and then post reviews, while yes those are related, they are certainly not inextricably linked. At 2.X, their ratings aren't as bad as they used to be, they aren't knocking things out of the park either. Meanwhile Flash consistently hits 3s with a third of the budget and promos of AoS.
But Flash is basicaly 4 shows in one, and it usually does look like it has a third of the budget, both for effects and cg and whatnot, and writting. That goes for Arrow, LoT and Supergirl aswell. I basicaly just said that now I have company to go see a movie. Is that a bad thing to say? Am I detailing it to a point where you could call it a blog post or something? Geez...
It only makes sense that [sp]Star Lord's dad is Snake Pliskin[/sp]
"Die spaceship!" is now my new favorite line from the trailers so far.
I really hope they nut up and actually show Ego's planet form.
kinda funny how they're raising groot as a kid. I just hope baby groot doesn't become the 'cutsie we're gonna put him in every scene for kids' I doubt it'll happen because marvel is pretty smart with their movies...but still. either way, I love the trailer.

Apparently the original draft had Groot already re-grown, then he got the idea to make him a baby in order to sell the themes better. I'm inclined to trust him, since Gunn is a good director who knows what he's doing (and it's easy to draw parallels between Peter's relationship with his father and the sense of responsibility Rocket and pals have in raising this new Groot), but it still stands that Baby Groot is without a doubt gonna be the cartoony mascot of this movie. [editline]1st March 2017[/editline]
I hate Baby Groot, my only wish for the movie is that he grows up at some point. AND NOT DURING THE CREDITS
I'm praying for a bit during the climax where he just spontaneously grows into full-size Groot and we get a nice "YOU COULD DO THAT THIS WHOLE TIME?" moment.
Just watched Logan, best "x-men" movie by far.
I'm rewatching Season 1 of Agents and I'm at an episode where a man has gained powers thanks to being exposed to something called "Dark force" at a physics lab. Could this be the same lab we see in the first act of Season 4? Could this be from the Darkhold?

I'm currently watching Legion, what's your guys opinions on it?

Drew Struzan has still gotta be kicking around, right? He did that Force Awakens poster, is he still open for business or was that like a one time throwback thing? Cause bringing his style back would be a fucking boon in terms of making a poster that stands out from "photoshopped headshot of lead actors alongside title of movie", especially with all the 80's nostalgia going around.
