Some of the other characters have been revealed for the Squirrel Girl/New Warriors TV show, and it looks like Speedball and Mister Immortal will be in it:
Craig Hollis (Mister Immortal)
The squad’s resident troublemaker and lothario, this guy can’t die — or at least that’s what he says — and is equally cocky and grumpy. “Craig is a little more jaded and saying things aren’t as rosy and the world isn’t as hopeful as you make it out to be,” says Biegel.
Dwayne Taylor (Night Thrasher)
The masked dude is a local celebrity with his own YouTube channel but no actual superpowers. His parents were killed when he was younger, though he worries about his family’s wealth ruining his street cred. “Dwayne is the one who’s enterprising and really trying to figure out the business side of this entire thing,” Biegel says, “but at the same time he really does care about justice.”
Robbie Baldwin (Speedball)
A guy whose childhood was spent watching Quinjets take off from Avengers Tower, Speedball has the knack — though maybe not the greatest aim — for tossing kinetic balls of energy. Although immature and impulsive, “Robbie has these noble aspirations, but can’t quite figure out which one to pursue," Biegel says.
Zack Smith (Microbe)
A big guy with a sizable heart, Microbe communicates with germs, giving him telepathic-like qualities, though he leans on his pals to find extra confidence. “Zack literally is just looking for a connection: ‘Hey, maybe I can find a group of people I can hang out with,’ which is totally part of who you are in your 20s,” Biegel says.
Deborah Fields (Debrii)
Not only is she a low-level telekinetic trickster who has experienced serious personal loss due to the actions of superheroes, Deborah is also a proud, witty lesbian. “It’s not all about ‘Hey, I relate to the show because I want to have a squirrel tail,' but ‘Hey, this is the story about someone who’s out as a lesbian and maybe it’s not that easy,’" Biegel says.
Looks like they are mashing up GLA and New Warriors into one.
GOTG 2 Awesome Mix Vol. 2 (spoilers)
[sp]The last song is a brand new track, co-written by Gunn and score composer Tyler Bates. Hasslehoff provides extra vocals because he is one of Peter's idols.[/sp]
[sp]Also much like Spirit in the Sky for the first one, Fox on the Run doesn't appear anywhere in the film.[/sp]
Fuuuck yes [sp]Surrender[/sp]
AOS
[sp]Aww man, just when I was starting to like Mace. :( [/sp]
Seriously. [sp]I didn't like the character, but his sacrifice was damn touching. He was the first real person to die in the Framework who wasn't already dead in the real world, so it carried some real weight. AIDA is a cold bitch. But goddamn did that extra scene get me PSYCHED THE FUCK UP!![/sp]
I'm probably way late, but I finally watched Doctor Strange.
[sp]What's this about Thor knowing Odin's missing? Why is Loki helping the search? What did I miss?[/sp]

I don't think we were supposed to have the full picture yet. It was in medias res, kind of like the Civil War teaser in Ant-Man.

Thor: Ragnarok
looks more ~artistic~ than anything else they've put out. count me in
Today I've watched the first episode of the first season of Daredevil.
It was good. Like, really good.
I've just a question: several comments by the characters imply that this series takes place after a MCU movie where New York was wrecked, so now the criminal antagonists can have their field day with the recostruction industry. Is said movie the first The Avengers or ...?

Yes, it takes place after The Avengers. Everybody just dances around saying "that one time new york got invaded by aliens" for some reason.

[sp]He was what he wished he could actually be, a hero. That was probably his regret, either not being a hero, or not actually having powers.[/sp]

Fuck it, I'm 100% sold.
Just wait till you get to season 2
The first half/storyline of season 2 at least.
Daredevil season 1 is the best opening to the Netflix MCU.
Unfortunately when you peak at the start, it's all downhill from there.
So can we agree that Willem Dafoe will be really hard to beat?
[editline]18th April 2017[/editline]
Woah, SHIELD spoilers:
[sp]"Trip" Triplett from Season 1-2,[/sp] is back, in the Framework.
[editline]18th April 2017[/editline]
Also,
[sp]Mace, AKA "Patriot", just died in the framework and by extension the real world, confirmed.
He died as a hero, using his super-strength to save a bunch of people from a falling building. He finally got to be the hero he always wanted to be. :frown: [/sp]
Although heroic it still didn't mean anything really [sp] it's like dying in real life to save some video game npcs[/sp]
Although heroic it still didn't mean anything really [sp] it's like dying in real life to save some video game npcs[/sp]
Except [sp]He saved Phil, Daisy, and May. All of whom are real.[/sp]

Good point, I was mostly thinking of that kid, I forgot about the main cast
Plus [sp]The NPCs are in a matter of speaking, living, digital but living. Aida made the world as realistic as possible, all those AI breath, eat, and love. They have lives, emotions etc. Killing one would be just like killing a real human[/sp]

The Punisher show will change this. You'll have to be non-sapient to fuck up the Punisher MAX stories.

Oh man, this isn't even the best fight scene in the show...

I'm ready as hell for an upswing.
Just got caught up with the latest episode of AOS.
[sp]Coulson, (and by extension, Mace)[/sp] get the dumbass of the day award for their little stunt. [sp]Coulson[/sp] of all people, should have known better than to[sp]endanger the misssion by pulling a Leroy Jenkins when he saw that student. He already knew said kids were just lines of code.[/sp]If he hadn't gone AWOL, [sp]Triplett and co would return to the playground with the plans, Mace would have defeated Super-May, Coulson would have snapped her out of it, and they all would gotten picked up by Simmons and Ward.[/sp]That's what you get for trying to be a hero.
Also, I think it's safe to say that [sp]Fitz-Simmons is sunk.[/sp]That's now[sp]two innocent people that he's killed, not to mention he also nearly killed a bunch of 'younglings'[/sp]I've never been in a relationship myself, but I've seen Revenge of the Sith enough times to know that chicks don't let shit like that fly.
To be fair, Coulson [sp]"knows" that it's all fake, but he hasn't really experienced it as all fake. He believes Simmons but all his memories haven't come back yet, "just fragments". So when he sees a former student in trouble, he's going to resort to what the current reality is rather than the rational[/sp]
Rumor mill claims that[sp]Stan Lee appears in GotG Vol. 2 as Uatu the Watcher. Problem is, he's a Fantastic Four property. Most interesting[/sp]

Plus, furthermore, wasn't some [sp]Fantastic Four comic art in the background of the scene where Loki was sitting with the others to watch Thor fight Hulk? Seems like they might be dropping subtle hints at Fantastic Four coming into MCU perhaps.[/sp]

Yeah it was [sp]a direct rip of a Fantastic Four panel drawn by Jack Kirby in which The Thing is lifting a big Kirby device[/sp]
