Saw GoTG2 last night. Most over the top movie I have ever seen and I loved it. There are so many things to discuss about this movie. So many things happened/appeared on screen! i'd go as far as to say it was better than gotg 1. It got way weirder and still had just as much narrative and character strength.

I loved GOTG2 just as much as I loved the first one. Also (GOTG2 Spoilers) [sp] Wasn't expecting Yondu to die and I kinda wish is was Nebula instead. [/sp]

I have to rewatch the first one. For some reason, I get to the same point literally every time I've tried to watch it again, not for the movie's fault, but I've been interrupted every time I've gotten to the part where Star-Lord retrieves his tape player. It's the weirdest problem ever

So it's not all satire, some of it *is* misinformation and/or stupidity.

They made an 'Everything wrong with' video about themselves.

Watch the "Everything wrong with 'Everything wrong with x'" videos. He goes into better detail, but the gist is, it [I]legitimately[/I] isn't satire. A lot of the stuff that seems like 'oh ho, someone would have to be dumb to think this way or miss this thing', the guy actually legitimately thinks, based on videos he's recorded reviewing the movies on his way home from the theater. He also makes a habit of omitting parts from the clips he shows, and then complaining that something wasn't shown/explained [I]when it was in the part he removed[/I]. It's not satire, just shit. Tonight's episode was really good geez only two episodes left of AoS, going to be a crazy finale

Cinema Sins was funnier when the jokes were as important as the film flaws/cliches. The only reason I watch them anymore is for the references at the end.
