Maybe it's from the view of regular people being hunted by unenrolled mutants? Like a regular horror movie but just tied in to xmen for some reason

I'm not opposed to exploring the genre. We've had only a few superhero movies that really commit to turning the genre on its head, and I don't mind getting more.

With that said, this does sound like an exact repeat of Josh Trank. New Hollywood startup (only directed 5 feature length movies) with an ~unique~ idea, in over his head, bound to get fucked over by studio execs. Eh, let's see how it goes

I wouldn't be surprised if more Marvel or MCU based attractions get announced at D23 in July, especially with the rumor of Disney's California Adventure is getting a Marvel Land.

It could tie into Summer of Heroes which is currently going on, though it falls in where the land will be.

New footage is nice to see and a lot of insight from the actors/director/producers

I think the biggest thing I took away from it, [sp] is that they're showing off a lot more of the action but not a lot of the school stuff and everyday life as parker. [/sp] So I think that's where this movie is going to shine.
