You can even hear one of the drops just before it cuts to the Inhumans logo. Strange and offtopic but does that even happen.
ABC routinely uses library music for promos and Squeidos routinely puts their music up for commercial libraries to wring every last drop of dinero out of anything they own. Nothing new.
So does that mean that there is a commercial music library there somewhere with unatco theme on it?

Probably by utilizing old lighting methods (and maybe makeup?) then transferring the source to an something like Betacam
