Walt didn't stab Krazy 8. He strangled him with the bike lock in self defence because he knew Krazy had the bit of plate and was planning to kill him when he let him go.
Walt's first straight up murder is at the end of Half Measure.
I honestly forget, sorry.
God damn these episode previews. I really didn't need to know the entire plot of the next episode, that's what I watch it for.
It's the same on a lot of TV shows I watch, like Bear Grylls and stuff where in the opening sequence they show you everything that's going to happen in the episode. That shit grinds my gears and I always turn away from it while moaning "fucking spoilers!"
Yesterday for inspiration I was looking at top hated/annoying character lists and I was sad to see Skylar on so many of them. Seriously, if you think she's a bitch you should check her motives and Walt's decisions.
eh she kinda was let down by the writers mid season 4, kinda while white was going [sp] a tad bit evil[/sp] she sorta got pushed aside story wise. she also has moments which are just a tad bit bitchy [sp] like how she tells walt she's waiting out the clock because he's a monster [/sp]. i forget the episode though but [sp] when walt collapses in the bathroom and she nurses him all night[/sp] really redeamed her, but it was a bit of a singular moment in her later writing

this is always relevant when waiting for next ep
nothings better than "has-too-much-fucking-money" walt and his reactions
Don't fuck with Mike Ehrmentraut. Jesus.
holy fuck
MIKE
That was fucking awesome.
FUCK YEAH MOTHERFUCKING MIKE, BITCH
Man, that last scene with Mike talking about it was depressing.
Jeez man, I came here for goofy Saul shenanigans, I didn't expect that.
For real though, that episode was amazing. I was flipping my shit when [sp]the cop tried to fire only to find out his magazine was gone.[/sp]
Hooly shit, Mike's character just got more development in that one episode than he did during the entirety of Breaking Bad.
Saul seems kinda flat in comparison honestly
WHY DID I OPEN THIS THREAD BEFORE SEEING THE EPISODE!?!!!?!?!?
"Lawyer."
Really liked this episode but the time changes kinda confused me a bit. I'm also kinda confused by the opening scene because it has the Rail Runner in it, and the Rail Runner didn't start service till 2006. BCS is set in 2002. Was this scene set some time in the future and i'm just retarded??

Opened thread before I watched episode but quickly watched it. Good episode.
[sp] bam bam [/sp]

I don't know Rusty I think you'd be pretty upset if you saw some really ugly shoes or something that shouldn't exist in the show yet
better call mike and sometimes saul
Amazing episode but if I can bitch for a show called Better Call Saul there wasn't enough Saul in it. :) I'm fine with learning more about Mike though.

The time changes were easy to follow. Flashbacks looked blue.
The story of Breaking Bad was by far one of the best I've watched in a long while. The characters were just damn well written and acted. I hope Better Call Saul has the same formula.
I definitely agree with you, I've never been hooked on a TV series until I've watch Breaking Bad. The best!
i know it's supposed to be mostly comedy but i think i enjoy the more serious parts the most
From sex toilets in the one episode, to straight-up badassery in the next, this show keeps on giving.
Mike needed more character development and I'm glad he got it also happy this episode explained what he meant by [sp]leaving the Philly police force in a dramatic exit[/sp]
this was the best episode so far tbh
Mike needed more character development and I'm glad he got it also happy this episode explained what he meant by [sp]leaving the Philly police force in a dramatic exit[/sp]
But this episode wasn't about half measure he explained to Walt in Breaking Bad. [sp]Before going to ABQ and during the flashbacks he was already retired. Half measures happened earlier.[/sp]
But what makes the exchange from S03E12 even better now is the fact that [sp]Mike was dirty. I mean, it's not like this was out of question before, but it opens his character in an entirely different way[/sp]
about 1am
finished breaking bad finally
my hands are kinda cold
[editline]11th March 2015[/editline]
but thread title was instant reminder that I can get more woo Better Call Saul
Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul Spoilers:
[sp]Giving Mike more depth just makes it more sadder for me that he was killed and by Walt for that matter.[/sp]
[sp]I mean, I already felt horrible that Mike died and his grandchild would probably never know why or how he died. But shit, this episode with his development makes it all the more tragic. Poor Mike.[/sp]
