Jimmy knows it. Not sure why he had to pull out that gas lantern again while [sp]Chuck regressed into his larval state. I am not even sure why Jimmy pulled out the lantern while stealing documents. If he wanted to disable Chuck even longer without destroying him, a mobile flashlight will do— not like it will make a difference as long as Chuck is not aware (key difference) that Jimmy had the mobile. Jimmy could be on his laptop the entire time, and as long as Chuck did not know as he persisted in his vegetative state— it would make no difference to Chuck.[/sp]]
Probably because he didn't want do deal with him if he woke up, and he clearly cares enough about his brother to sit around with him all night. He's also been doing this for a long time and he probably doesn't even think about it at this point.

Ever since Chuck [sp]called Howard on Jimmy's cell phone, Jimmy told Chuck to find someone else to care for him.[/sp] Jimmy stayed with him that one night so [sp]he could steal the documents and have a cover-story for why he dismissed the intern from HH&M, who would catch Jimmy stealing the documents.[/sp]
Why does the story arc never address the fact that Chuck's condition is placebo? This was revealed in the first few episodes when the nurse pulled the "dirty trick" and turned on an electronic without Chuck knowing as he lay clueless in the hospital bed. Jimmy knows it. [sp] He changed two digits in the address for Mesa Verde. But what do they lead to and what difference do they make?[/sp]
Because it's a mental illness. People tiptoe around it.
god, i adore brba/bcs montages
Apparently they shoot everything n 4K but the files are too big to edit efficiently, so they save them at 1080p and the editors do their stuff, then someone else has to make the exact same edits to the 4K files. That montage must've taken a lot of time to make Also the opening scene with Jimmy's dad from last week's episode was originally shot for season 1 (they talked about this stuff on the podcast)
Episode 209 is titled "Nailed".
Episode 209 is titled "Nailed".
Hopefully a lot of it will be dedicated to Mike then because I really enjoy the journey of showing how he got to become who he was
Hopefully a lot of it will be dedicated to Mike then because I really enjoy the journey of showing how he got to become who he was
I'm thinking it's probably a double meaning. [sp]Mike using the hose with the nails in it, Jimmy gets nailed for screwing with the documents.[/sp]
When Jimmy was looking at the inflatable man, and the car behind him honked, it then showed that the car was a new Chevy Aveo which didn't exist in 2002 :v:

Yeah and the H2 Hummer didn't come out until 2004. That's the only place they've dropped the ball, continuity wise.
And Tuco's revolver is a Taurus Judge, which didn't start production until 2010. :v:
I want to see Kim join [sp]Schweikart and Cokely just to see the show reverse the entire perspective with it being on Sandpiper's side, and how they may be the right ones— and to snub Howard[/sp]
I want to see Kim join [sp]Schweikart and Cokely just to see the show reverse the entire perspective with it being on Sandpiper's side, and how they may be the right ones— and to snub Howard[/sp]
[sp] I wish that could happen, but I believe that S&C said in an earlier episode that Kim wouldn't be able to work on Sandpiper with them due to professional ethics or something like that. But I wonder if it's a possibility if she can pull the Mesa Verde clients to S&C and snub Howard that way. After all, Chuck's main argument against them working with Kim was that she was only one person. S&C seems to have the manpower they need.... [/sp]
This is the best show on earth
This is the best show on earth
I've watched every show that's ever been created in its entirety and I agree.
been marathoning BB from the start since the other week, they really know how to make things stressful, and watching three or four episodes at once really strikes your mood at times, oof currently at the point Jesse is [sp]apparently being groomed to work as the old dude's replacement, the whole 'gus sees things in people' bit[/sp]. halfway through S4 I think? do I even need to spoiler tag bb it's been a while
I'm thinking it's probably a double meaning. [sp]Mike using the hose with the nails in it, Jimmy gets nailed for screwing with the documents.[/sp]
Nailed it.
Jesse is being [sp]groomed[/sp]
that's a rather disturbing way to put it
that's a rather disturbing way to put it
'grooming' it's a decently common term for making somebody used to a concept through small increments of exposure to ideas or situations, often so subtle they may not realize they're being trained into thinking a certain way. Granted most of the time you hear the term because that's how pedos prey and that's shittily common news so, that's kind of what's happening there as far as I can tell, even though he's already realized they're bringing him into the routine, he's seemingly OK with it to a point. last ep I was watching there was the scene where he was playing some videogame with a lightgun and was having flashbacks to shooting the one dude, but he clearly decided to keep shooting, like he's trying to desensitize himself and ignore his resistance because he feels he has to

Swapping out the 4k footage for the 1080 is pretty simple, at least in Premiere it is. No need to re-edit anything, you just swap what it's referencing (1080p or 4k)
I have a feeling we'll get a Walt cameo in the next episode

I haven't been keeping up with the podcast, so I'm not sure exactly what they said. I'll probably give them a listen when I eventually re-watch the season.
I can't wait for the next episode.
I have a feeling we'll get a Walt cameo in the next episode
IMO Walt should stay out of BCS completely
If they can include him properly, I do not see why not. They have the creative power to do so without forcing it. Walter is going to appear one-way or another, but it is a matter of when. I foresee sometime in the end of the series. My guess, if lazily done, some of the cameos (e.g. Jesse) will be something like this from GTA V. I think it'll be literally Jimmy passing him on the way to work or something like that. [editline]7th April 2016[/editline] If that hasn't happened already, maybe nobody noticed some ninja bryan cranston
I remember there was a short scene in season 4 of BB where Cranston briefly appeared as one of Jesse's drunken partygoers and nobody realized it was him until about a year ago.

Vince Gilligan has already said that Bryan will show up eventually, just not in season 2. http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv/bryan-cranston-better-call-saul-article-1.2256518
