Making the connection between Jimmy changing names yet still staying in town seems so strange.
Theory about genesis of Saul Goodman's name: [sp]Jimmy feels guilty for whatever happens to Chuck, doesn't want to tarnish the name furthermore, changes his name to Saul (in a very bittersweet situation, where he convinces himself and the world that "S'all good, man" while it's not) and we hear it for the first time in the commercial aired at the very end of S2[/sp]
We already saw where he got the idea, kind reminder ;)

Definitely my favourite episode of the season so far. I was waiting for something to rival the best two of the first and this is it. I hope the finale follows suit and isn't kind of underwhelming like last season's.

I could see that happening. [sp]Chuck dies, Jimmy inherits a bunch of his cash, everyone around him hates him, especially Kim, who blames the whole thing on Jimmy and cuts him off entirely. Jimmy's all alone now, but he no longer has a reason to hold himself back, so he changes his name and buys a cheap strip mall space.[/sp]

Honestly, I'm liking BCS a lot more than Breaking Bad so far.
At least, compared to season 1 and season 2 of Breaking Bad. The character development this season has been amazing.
Honestly I completely lost interest in BB after Season 3. I never finished it. Been far more drawn in to this.

[sp]The situation with Chuck could get complicated. I assume he will go into coma. I feel like killing him right there would be too soon. Here are things I can see happening at the same time or separately.
Howard or Kim will investigate why was Chuck there, what happened. Kim already knows why, Ernie will tell all he knows to Howard. Depending on how much the writers will push it they might request the security footage and notice it was tampered with.
Seeing what happened to Chuck the clerk might spill the beans.
Jimmy sees they don't call 911 immediately and will run in to help Chuck.
Bottom line is I feel like they won't just kill Chuck and be done with him.[/sp]

Yeah, doing that wouldn't make too much sense story-wise, it would be too final and a pretty unsatisfying end to the conflict that's been building up for two years
