Allows me to watch it and then watch it again when it airs with other people and catch things I missed.

I really liked how at the end of the third episode, they had both people speaking non-English, instead of one side speaking English and the other something else. Made the whole encounter more....realistic? to the original event, however it may have happened. Well for one is they went to Lindisfarne and when they come back it's like it has only gone a few days. But mostly it is how the actors play their characters and how the show is scripted. [editline]lol[/editline] For people who haven't read much about the vikings or novels like [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Long_Ships"]Röde Orm[/URL] it may seem like this is how "vikings" behave and act but for me this is just plain weird and honestly last night when watching episode 3 I just felt completely ashamed during some scenes because it was so bad.

God damn, that was a good episode. I'm surprised with how accurate their viking mythology was. I recently started reading the Edda, and it's all accurate.
