Wanna know how Blu-Ray complete box set looks like? 225 USD
http://www.hypable.com/2013/09/09/breaking-bad-complete-box-set-announced-with-alternate-ending-amazing-barrel-case-and-more/
Digitally speaking, the Breaking Bad complete box set includes more than two hours of never-before-seen footage. “The all-new documentary chronicles the making of the final season, from filming the first table read to the very last day on set and everything in between, including Bryan Cranston inviting the camera in to his Albuquerque living room for the first reading of the final script with Aaron Paul,” says Sony Pictures Home Entertainment in a statement. Perhaps most exciting of all: There is a mention of a 3-minute alternate ending that was shot. There’s also a featurette which takes you behind-the-scenes of the alternate ending.
!!!
I could see this coming. I hope I'm wrong but [sp]Hank's last phonecall to Marie just screamed 'last words' to me.[/sp]
I'm pretty sure the [sp]I Love You phone call was to make people expect him to die, then the show throws a curveball. It would be way too predictable if Hank just dies.[/sp] [sp]Remember the end of season 5A, when everyone's all happy and Walt Jr. is pushing Holly along the pool and everyone thought something bad was going to happen? Then it turns out the plot progression occurs in the bathroom.[/sp]
Man I hope the alternate ending is Malcolm in the Middle related it would just be brilliant
Was there a teaser for the next episode? I haven't seen it. Kinda want to see, but then I don't want to tease myself to the point of coming to a conclusion on what happens in the [sp]gunfight[/sp]
d'aww
Part of me goes "oh shit I could watch BB in a theater with Aaron Paul" Then I realize I live in New York and have school I have to attend.
d'aww
Mr. Paul, could you do me a favor and move that over to my house, instead? Boise is a bit of a distance for me. Thanks.

The promo doesn't show any new footage, it's just footage of [sp]the shootout, along with a voice recording of Skyler calling Walt and asking when he would be coming back[/sp]
d'aww
Aaron is a legend. I hope he does well after Breaking Bad, the Need for Speed movie role should help with that if it's a success.
Nah, he's too old to be Malcolm's dad at this point. Plus, I believe Bryan Cranston said that the ending would be very "unapologetic". I don't think a comic relief ending would fit the series at all, either.
I don't mean for the actual ending. I'm talking about the alternate ending on the box set they were talking about on the last page. I think it would be a pretty funny gag seeing as so many people say it could work as a MitM prequel or whatever.
i don't understand why they didn't end the episode here: http://i.imgur.com/4Eht9v5.jpg
[sp]Because the spot they actually ended it at was much more surprising and abrupt. I was expecting it to end either right before shots were fired, or right after the first shot was fired. Once the gunfight was going on, I was half expecting it to be over before the end of the episode. Either that or we'd get a zoom out/pause in the action, and the last thing we'd see would be Hank taking cover or something. But I don't think anyone was expecting it to cut out when they saw Walt frantically struggling to squeeze between the car seats. Things were moving so fast, camera shots were changing a lot. It was a shot of Todd, then Hank, then Walt, then Jesse, then Hank again and so forth. It was just switching rapidly like an action scene in any show or movie, and then it cuts to black right in the middle of it. It was a genius decision to cut it there.[/sp] [sp]As far as Hank surviving this, it's hard to say. It seems like the only way Walt could escape is if Hank and Gomez were both dead or seriously injured. There's no way Todd's family would ever spare them, so it seems like seriously injured is out of the question. Someone has to get Walt out of his cuffs and let him go, I don't see Jesse or Hank doing that.[/sp] [editline]9th September 2013[/editline] I hope that box set isn't extremely limited.
Great episode. I wish the gunfight was choreographed a little better though; how inaccurate are they? [editline]9th September 2013[/editline] I predict Hank's going to be captured by the dudes and Walt's going to be vying to protect him, or something.
Spoilers: http://i.imgur.com/BAbRK9g.gif?1 [sp]That's a gif of Hank and Gomie running to cover as it was being filmed. Gives you a better idea than watching the actual scene which is all cut up. I've been to a shooting range once in the past, and my first thought afterwards was that it really wasn't that difficult to be accurate, I mean it was my first time shooting and I was always within a few inches of where I intended to hit. But I took my time aiming, anywhere from 5-15 seconds per shot to make it perfect. In a shootout, you get half a second to aim between shots, and you're also dodging bullets at the same time. That makes it much harder to be accurate. There was a good enough distance between them to hinder the accuracy, combined with the stress and adrenaline I'm not surprised every shot missed. Frantic gun battles like that can easily become spray and pray.[/sp]
Or you can just realize that a TV show has to take certain liberties and get over it
ugh is anyone else annoyed by everyone trying to say everything in this entire show is a reference
well thats because a lot of it is [editline]9th September 2013[/editline]
Or you can just realize that a TV show has to take certain liberties and get over it
hey guys stop discussing aspects of this tv show in a thread for the tv show
hey guys stop discussing aspects of this tv show in a thread for the tv show
Did I say that? I offered a solution to the problems some people are having about that scene
[sp]Walt screaming right before the shootout was pretty heartbreaking. And the music leading up to it was incredibly intense. Reminds me of the music from Crawl Space as far as setting the mood goes.[/sp]

[sp]The shootout scene was accurate. It's not a COD game, you don't have a crosshair, it's supposed to be real life.[/sp] Biggest cliffhanger yet? I'm in shock.
To everyone [sp]saying that the shootout was unrealistic. The shootout was actually only over a few seconds (as shown in the Making of E513), in slow motion, and showed each perspective, overlapping real time. So it's a little more believable that no one got shot yet, if you consider the decently long distance between sides. Maybe not completely believable, but more so. http://i.imgur.com/BAbRK9g.gif?1[/sp] god damn I'm always late.
I don't get you people that think [sp]Hank won't die, Gomez will and will just get out of there, if Gomez gets shot, and we have what? 6 against Hank, where the hell is Hank going to go?, jump into the van and speed off with Walt with an inflated tire and not get shot? (As well as the driver seat is on the side facing the nazis), or maybe run off into the mountains and not get hit? While it would of been awesome to have both of them die at the end of last episode I think it will better to have them die at the beginning of next with a good amount of time instead of trying to shove 2 important character deaths within 3 minutes and we can actually see what happens after.[/sp]
Did Walt posion Brock[sp]'s Froot Loops?[/sp]
Going back to the last few minutes of Confessions... [sp]When Walt races to get the gun from the car wash, Skyler hands change back to a customer, and he says "You gave me a five instead of a one." I couldn't help but think of Jesse, who was supposed to die by the end of the first season, but lasted until now, season five.[/sp]
Did Walt posion Brock[sp]'s Froot Loops?[/sp]
[sp]Walt Jr. will create New Mexico's largest breakfast empire, and hire Brock as his "Jesse".[/sp]
