He was on set for the last scene they filmed (which is apparently in tomorrow's episode), but I haven't seen anything that specifically says he was on the finale. That being said, the DVD release will include a recording of Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul reading the final script.
Bryan Cranston is 57, Aaron Paul is 34.

Actually, they try to film episodes in order, or rather one episode at the time.

Hmm, if [sp]they mentioned specifically that last filmed scene was for that episode, it means that for some reasons they couldn't film it while filming rest of Ozymandias (totally different location, and drastically changed looks). It might be a flashback or flashforward.[/sp]
