There were two things in the finale I wasn't exactly satisfied with but I don't mind. They both make sense because it's the finale and aren't very important.
[sp]Jesse's end is a bit unclear but the show was never about him. Sure, he became a huge part of the show and I loved him but I understand he didn't get much time in the finale. At least he survived. The second thing is Walt changing back to his "normal" clothes. It's nice he dies looking mostly like he did throughout the show but I liked his "ruined" appearance. I guess it can be defended as him trying to hide from the police. He was wearing the same outfit ever since the pub phonecall. On the other hand he chooses his well-known image as the new choice of clothes. At that point he knew he wasn't going to survive the night so who cares anyway.[/sp]
ozymandias spoilers- fucking awesome touch
[sp]walt's trousers from the very first episode[/sp]

[sp]in the final moments before his death, as he was fondly touching the side of the tank, and remembering, he was Walter White again. Not Heisenberg. It's like when Darth Vader dies. . .in the end, he's Anakin Skywalker for his last brief moments.[/sp]
Was everyone else fucking pumped up when they saw Season 1 Episode 01 for the first time, and heard this music?

It was so damn perfect. But really sad, I feel so empty now.
love the reference the show makes when [sp] walt executes jack before he can finish, like jack executed hank. son of a bitch deserved it. [/sp]
god FUCKING dammit, someone spoiled the entire show for me today about how [sp]walter dies[/sp]
kill me
im only on season 2 :(
did walt [sp]build the m60 robot arm next to salamanca's old house?[/sp]
holy shit can everyone stop making this fucking joke it's been said almost every page since [sp] Hank died [/sp]
Sorry. I don't scroll through the millions of posts that people post as some kinda unnecessary commentary. Fuck, I'm such a dick.
New (and last) rating record for the show, the Felina got 10.3 million viewers.
Previous best was 6.6 million viewers for Granite State.

You kinda expect it near the end of the show if it's any consolation.
I'm watching the Breaking Bad minisodes now, and it is weird and cheerful/funny to see them after the last episode.

A story has a lot of events and facets, don't let the knowledge of one of these things ruin the rest of the amazing experience for you :)

feels weird knowing it's all over. no more looking forward to it every week or anything, no more seeing walt and jesse doing cool stuff. [sp]their final moments together felt so strange yet nice, and just thinking about how walter white, the character this show is centred around is finally at rest after all the choices and mistakes he made.[/sp]
I feel like Todd's psychopathy was cemented near the end of this episode. I was watching it with a friend of mine and all I could say when [sp]Todd's uncle and comrades died[/sp] was "How is he not fuming and trying to kill everyone right now?"

[sp]Mr WHITE, NICE JOB[/sp]
The end of breaking bad makes me feel sort of nostalgic in a way.
I'm not sure if I want to rewatch the series or not. I kind of miss all of the characters and want to experience it again, but it might not be the same the second time if I already know what the outcome is. Anyone else planning on re watching it?
i rewatched it before the finale, finished season 5a yesterday and watched granite state (a third time) and felina (first time) so everything was set up nicely. i'll probably rewatch it all again after/around christmas.

who watches just the finale of the show
who watches just the finale of the show
People record episodes, or download them afterwards, but might be more inclined to watch the finale live considering, you know, it's the finale
[sp]Yeah, the "Mr White..." definitely felt weird.[/sp]
[sp]I think he was still in the process of breaking down what happened before he got strangled[/sp]
This is the part where this thread very slowly starts to die :(
rewatched the final 20 minutes again
feels so fucking good

[sp]i wonder what is going through jesse's mind, leaving walt, his old partner, mentor and friend (putting aside all the manipulation and stuff) to die while he made his escape. he wouldn't be 100% sure whether or not walt died happy or even died at all, maybe the police could have caught him. i think that walt and jesse spending a few more moments together before the very end would have been nice but their conclusive nods and silent farewells were great in a different way.[/sp]
Its most likely he did it beforehand, I still would want to know though
How else would he do it than beforehand?
[sp]Walt mentions that Lydia is schedule-oriented and he obviously knows the schedule. And Lydia never changes her routine, which was shown repeatedly (especially with the stevia thing).[/sp]
Finale was predictable and expected, but satisfying and this was the only way to end it properly. I love the fact that [sp]Walt died a happy man. I don't start dropping tears easily and I didn't drop them during this finale either (close enough though), but it totally felt just right inside. I was waiting for the last episode before judging, but BB definitely belongs to Top3 TV Series ever.[/sp]

as much as I hate Jack [sp] him taking one last drag of his cigarette was pretty bad ass [/sp]
