Maybe if there was a bit of echo, maybe if it was more 'distant' sounding I think it would've fit the mood. But it's really really really minor and I loved the ending.

I really hate people who don't take Breaking Bad seriously and love to talk about the memes and shit, rather than the actual show and what makes it good. These are usually the same people who have the stupidest fucking perceptions of the characters and their motives, and who also make the most shit-faced dumb theories.
Season 5 spoilers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkZ3A0uZz18 This guy went to viewing parties for the latest episodes in a movie theater, and he uploads crowd reactions to big scenes. Dunno if anyone else is interested, but I enjoy listening to the reactions. Probably because my parents never reacted to anything when I watched the series through with them.
Yeah, why is everyone having such a hard time grasping this? Walt makes the best meth in multiple countries, he has a nobel prize for his genius work in chemistry, he makes bell bombs and TF2 turrets, he manipulated a brilliant drug kingpin and ended up killing him and taking over his empire.. I'm pretty sure he can take apart a packet of Stevia and put it neatly back together again. Lydia sits in the exact same chair that she sat in the last time she met at that exact same restaurant with Walt and Walt is in he diner before either Lydia or Todd. He clearly placed that single packet there and removed the rest so she'd have to use it. Put 2 and 2 together. I don't want to sound like I'm flaming here, but I swear there's a large portion of people who watch this show that have the attention span of a stoned cat that's dozing off. You literally have to have a Popup Video style overlay explaining every subtle detail. ...As if Walt being in the foreground was subtle.
This is honestly why I hated a lot of Dexter and loved Breaking Bad. With Dexter they dumb everything down to a ridiculous extent with the all the stupid as hell ghost Harry and internal monologue shit. Not to mention there was very little stuff to actually pick up on
Can't wait for part 6 of the finale reactions
Can't wait for part 6 of the finale reactions
Some of his videos are getting removed, pretty sure that was one of them.

It's like they forewent any artistic expression or abstraction with that song and used it because it fit so well. Too well if you ask me. It almost flat out says "at least I ended up with my legacy", and doesn't fit the tone at all. The ending song in a series finale is like the punctuation mark on the final sentence of a novel. The wrong one can completely change the tone and inflection; and they ended a somber and dramatic series with an old pop song. Kind of made me raise an eyebrow.
I wonder, [sp] would Todd have tried to kill Walter if Jesse hadn't strangled him? [/sp]
[sp]Todd was super gay for Walt so I really doubt he would try anything. Especially his first reaction after everyone getting shot was to compliment Walt.[/sp]
I really wish I could've gone to the Hollywood Forever finale event on Sunday. I didn't expect the tickets to sell out in what was something like literally 45 seconds.
Mr. Lambert Walter's voice sounded so evil.
Can't wait for season 6
[sp]That, or the police would be convinced that Walt was the Nazi's cook and some other interloper killed them all. This puts Jesse off the hook, because as far as everybody currently alive knows (aside from maybe Saul and his lackeys,) Walt is the only person capable of cooking meth of that quality. This ties everything up neatly for investigators; Walt was the cook, and the blue meth production died with Heisenberg.[/sp]
Except [sp]Walt has his fingerprints all over the truck with the M60 and Jesse has his fingerprints all over the meth lab. I'm fairly sure Walt only went in there to reminisce with his life achievement.[/sp]
[sp]The police don't match prints on everything. I'm more inclined to believe that they would assume Walt was the cook the whole time, and that's part of the reason he let himself die there.[/sp]
[sp]The reason Walt went into the lab to die was because that was really the one part of his life where he was truly proud of what he did and was alive, as opposed to dealing with his obnoxious family or coworkers, or having to run from the police. Since he was dying and had accomplished all his goals (getting his family the money and saying goodbye one last time, fucking up the Nazis, and while arguably freeing Jesse might have not been his initial goal, it became one), this was his last chance to say goodbye the last thing he truly loved and what it was all about - the chemistry. It was his last chance to feel alive again before he died. Although a silly movie, I think a good parallel to compare it to would be The Last Samurai's ending with Katsumoto talking about the cherry blossom.[/sp]
Good bye Breaking Bad. This was the greatest show I have ever watched. I don't quite think anything could surpass it. I loved watching it with everyone, was great fun. Also, I'm looking forward to that Alternate ending?

The alternative ending will cause hilarious elitism between fan groups, just watch.
Alternate ending?
I bet it will be a joke alternate ending.
[sp]Probably Lydia.[/sp]
yes because [sp]lydia would call the cops to her own meth operation. good one pretty sure walt called them beforehand knowing how long it would take for them to get there. i think he said it himself to skylar, he'd end up in custody (not expected to be shot by his own m60)[/sp]
I really liked the last scene between Walt and Skyler. I thought when Skyler was watching Walt look at Holly, you could still see some love in her for him. I hope she quits smoking.
You don't understand. How did Walt [sp]take an air-tight package made out of paper, open it up, put the ricin in, and get it back in again without making the paper packet look damaged?[/sp]
he had been waiting there. [sp]there's no reason he couldn't have brought his own packet of stevia that he had spent some time tampering with beforehand. you could easily split the paper seems at one end with an exacto knife and glue it back together if you had some time.[/sp] [editline]1st October 2013[/editline]
This is a bit of a stretch in the "theories" department but [sp]maybe the reason he wanted to die in the lab specifically was so people thought that he was the one making the meth the whole time. He did get shot, after all, and his former partner Jesse wasn't among the bodies because he didn't die. After all, nobody else knew that he was actually living in New Hampshire the whole time, and it seemed like Gretchen and Elliot specifically thought that "Heisenberg" was still out there (not Walt because caring, etc) because of all the blue meth at the same purity as his other cooks. Perhaps he died in the lab to make it look more like Jesse did it instead of himself, a dispute between partners, perhaps? One last boost to his pride, I guess.[/sp]
[sp]If he did die in the lab on purpose, it was probably to draw all suspicion off of Jesse, so it would just be assumed Walt was cooking and they wouldn't dust for prints and find Jesses.[/sp] [editline]1st October 2013[/editline]
[sp]The reason Walt went into the lab to die was because that was really the one part of his life where he was truly proud of what he did and was alive, as opposed to dealing with his obnoxious family or coworkers, or having to run from the police. I kinda want to go back and rewatch everything under the mindset that Walt genuinely did all of this for himself and not for his family. It might set a completely different tone to everything.
Alternate ending?
http://www.businessinsider.com/breaking-bad-alternate-ending-complete-series-blu-ray-release-date-2013-9 episodes are also uncensored and extended schwing.gif
