you didn't understand todd at all (((( he was the one doing all the fucking over ))))
Lmao. I love people who think like this, cause it's so... stupid. I mean, he was raised by neo-nazis, can't really expect him to know right from wrong, and everything he did, he was ordered to do. He only did what his uncle told him to do. How blind do you have to be to not understand this part of his character, and what are you doing watching a complex show like Breaking Bad and over-simplifying shit completely like this.

You obviously aren't paying attention and yet you have the nerve to be so fucking smug
It's interesting how if this same show with the exact same sequence of events was told entirely from Todd's perspective it may be the same effect as Walt, you may all be apologizing for him right now
[sp] The car jesse drove away in the finale was todd's car[/sp] http://i.imgur.com/kkhvzKf.png
[sp] The car jesse drove away in the finale was todd's car[/sp] http://i.imgur.com/kkhvzKf.png
[sp]Well Jesse better get rid of that car quick. The police will know that license plate pretty soon.[/sp]
I'm saying he's a product of his environment, not that he's a saint.
It's interesting how if this same show with the exact same sequence of events was told entirely from Todd's perspective it may be the same effect as Walt, you may all be apologizing for him right now
No one would like a protagonist that [sp]shoots a kid[/sp] for almost no reason at all.
So if you don't like an unlikable female character you are automatically misogynistic? "Could it be that they can’t stand a woman who won’t suffer silently or “stand by her man”? That they despise her because she won’t back down or give up? Or because she is, in fact, Walter’s equal?" That's when I stopped reading. I disliked Skyler because of stuff like sleeping with Ted and how she reacted to stuff. I disliked Marie too, but liked Lydia and Jane much more who are both "strong women".
Why is it that people dislike any BrBa character who tends to act with their emotions? How is one supposed to react to the revelation that their husband is a murdering, drug kingpin? With the utmost happiness?
So what do you guys recon happened with [sp]Huel[/sp]? [sp]Still waiting at the safe house? With no word coming from Hank or Gomez[/sp]
So what do you guys recon happened with [sp]Huel[/sp]? [sp]Still waiting at the safe house? With no word coming from Hank or Gomez[/sp]
Surveillance says he probably left
So what do you guys recon happened with [sp]Huel[/sp]? [sp]Still waiting at the safe house? With no word coming from Hank or Gomez[/sp]
[sp] Hank and Gomez had a guard waiting outside, once he got word about Hank and Gomez he probably told Huell he was safe to go or something [/sp]
No one would like a protagonist that [sp]shoots a kid[/sp] for almost no reason at all.
[sp]Well he did have a reason for shooting the kid, not saying it was justified. And most of us support our protagonist who did poison a kid for a reason just as trivial.[/sp] [editline]3rd October 2013[/editline] Apparently Bob Odenkirk was told by Vince Gilligan that Better Call Saul will be more dark than it is funny.

(with more emphasis on the dark i guess)
i wouldn't mind it being dark as long as it keeps saul's humor
i hope it's dark plots presented in a humorous manner
i hope it's dark plots presented in a humorous manner
So you hope it's like Breaking Bad.
i want it to be focused on being comedic
[sp] Hank and Gomez had a guard waiting outside, once he got word about Hank and Gomez he probably told Huell he was safe to go or something [/sp]
That doesn't make sense at all. If anything they would [sp]tighten security after they found out about Hank and Gomez being killed. They wouldn't just let him go, he was the only person who knew what they were investigating and who might have killed them.[/sp]
[sp]well Walt's dead so I guess he's "safe"-ish?[/sp]
[sp]well Walt's dead so I guess he's "safe"-ish?[/sp]
[sp]Walt died 6 months after Huell was told to stay inside. Hank could've just called the security guy off when he was on his way to arrest Walter. I don't think it's a topic that needs to be debated. Obviously if anything important came of it they would have shown it.[/sp]

[sp]Let's see, Walt will be remembered as a monster, Jesse is probably wanted by the police, let alone the fact that he's probably a mental wreck at this point, his daughter will never know anything other than the horrific mess her father was.[/sp]

It ended as happy as it gets, of course it's not a fairy tale ending, but everything went perfect for Walt. Like that guy said, he easily got inside Schwartz's house and threatened them, he easily got inside Skyler's house and got a good closure(as it gets), he easily poisoned Lydia, he easily killed all the nazis, saved Jesse and at the end he died in the meth lab Way too perfect, in my opinion.[/sp]
So what do you guys recon happened with [sp]Huel[/sp]? [sp]Still waiting at the safe house?
[sp]But it wasn't the real ricin, it was the one Walt made out of salt or something, then (off camera) he puts it in the roomba. As far as Jesse knows, they found it, but he somehow disregards that as the answer and conveniently jumps to the conclusion that it was fake ricin purely by discovering they Huell took his weed and looking at his cigarettes[/sp]
[sp] Pretty sure it was the real ricin considering he holds onto it and puts it behind the electrical outlet[/sp] [editline]3rd October 2013[/editline] last episode spoiler~ [sp] And then kills Lydia with it [/sp]
That guy seems to be wearing blinders if he thinks that how the show ended was filled with super happy ending stuff. [sp]Let's see, Walt will be remembered as a monster, Jesse is probably wanted by the police, let alone the fact that he's probably a mental wreck at this point, his daughter will never know anything other than the horrific mess her father was.[/sp]
[sp]When I pictured the end of Breaking Bad months ago, when we didn't know the plots yet, but were hearing things like bloodbath and "I called Vince to ask what was wrong with him," I expected much worse. I wasn't expecting Skyler, Flynn, and Holly to all be breathing by the end, or that they would ever receive the money Walt had left for them. I wasn't expecting Walt to get any closure. I was expecting things to go from bad to worse. But in the end, Walt got revenge on everyone who wronged him, earned some respect back from Jesse and Skyler, got his money to go to his family, and he died with a smile on his face. It was a pretty happy ending.[/sp] [sp]As far as Jesse goes, I don't think we're meant to believe the cops will arrest him. The specifics don't matter as far as I'm concerned, but a number of reasons could be given. The police found a group of dead neo-nazis and the kingpin they were after all along. I doubt they had reason to meticulously go around looking for finger prints. Not to mention Hank and Gomez are the only people aware of Jesse's involvement. The nazis had his confession yes, but months passed between them getting it and the ending, it was probably destroyed or in a different location by that time. When they wrote Jesse driving away laughing and crying, they were writing a happy ending for him. Not "he gets away only to be arrested." That would have been more of the style I was expecting, but if it didn't happen on camera, then it's not happening.[/sp]
