shit is okay after 8pm, hence why you hear it a lot in the walking dead and breaking bad as well. depending on the station you may be able to hear it earlier. fuck generally afaik can only be used after 12am. fuck the fcc.
NO DON'T IT'S NOT PAST MIDNIGHT YET
Over here in Sweden we never censor television. Hell, if someone swears on a news broadcast nobody gives a shit.
Even after the show has finished, [sp] it still hasnt hit me that Hank is dead, I keep thinking he's out there and alive. He was my favorite character. [/sp]
[sp]And a spoken one from Mike, then a spoken one from Hank, and lastly a spoken on from Jesse.[/sp] And censorship on Netflix is weird. Different Netflix accounts will have different levels of censorship. My Netflix has the cut version of the pilot, with the language still uncensored. From then on it's just random. Seasons 2 and 3 are uncensored, season 4 is, seasons 5 has one F bomb censored and one not. It's just weird. Talking to my friend who recently started watching. His netflix has the full uncut and uncensored version of every episode. Even the writing on the napkin, censored for me, uncensored for him. We both live in the same area, so it's not a regional thing. I'm thinking it might have to do with whether or not you have just a streaming plan or a streaming + DVD plan. With the chrome extension holaunblocker, you can view Netflix from the UK and watch the final episodes of Breaking Bad. The extension does not work for people with DVD plans. So when I noticed the differences in censorship, I asked everyone who had full uncut episodes, and they all had just a streaming plan. I'm wondering if that's the cause for this issue as well. [editline]9th November 2013[/editline] I wonder if netflix accounts with DVD plans have region specific episodes and such. For example: If I had just the streaming plan, I could go to the UK, log in, and use my account. It would work fine and be legal, I would just have access to whatever UK netflix has access to. Since I have the DVD plan, if I went to the UK and logged in, Netflix would not work. It would tell me I have to be in the US. I'm wondering if there's a region-free and region specific edits of Breaking Bad. And those with a DVD plan, restricted to the US already, can only view the US designated episodes. And those without a DVD plan do have a region free account, they can watch anywhere they go. I'm guessing those people have their own pool of episodes, uncut and uncensored.
While we're on the subject of censorship, what about Walts hand job from Skylar (the scene after the first party where Hank is introduced) and the pair of breasts (the lady Jesse was sleeping with when he jumps out of the window) in the pilot? I could swear they were covered the first time I saw the show.

There's the cut version that's standard episode length which is shown on TV and the uncut version with those scenes that's extra long.

That's awesome, but he's only going to be able to milk that for so long before it's irrelevant. I hope to see Bryan Cranston in some awesome roles in the future. :(

That reminds me of the open house at the end of Season 1, when Walt sees the little girl.
Found this funny:
[sp]Watching the finale again, the woodworking scene is the only scene from any piece of media that brings about that much emotion in me jesus christ[/sp]
So I've been thinking of what song could possibly play instead of Baby Blue at the end These are all I managed to gather Frank Sinatra - My Way (the lyrics and tone here really fit perfectly) REO Speedwagon - Roll With The Changes (I think the sound of it fits real good) David Eisley - Sweet Victory (just because for lulz and it fit ironically well with the youtube doubler)
This song always reminded me of BrBa. When I become a hot shot movie producer, I'll make sure all my DVD's come with a music-less version of the film so people can score it themselves.

i dunno baby blue was perfect. he was in love with a blue thing. That's all of BrBa right there
thats a terrible idea. there will be a thousand youtube videos of peoples own scores. it will be worse than anime music videos
Well there's gonna be shitty videos regardless of what happens, it's par for youtube. It'd just make it easier for them to do it, but on the reverse of that it'll make already good products that much better. Take for example the breaking bad ennio morricone video, at 1:06. Sounds awful. My idea would remedy that. And say what you want about anime AMV's, 99.9 of them are absolute garbage and I will never say otherwise, but there ARE some gems.
I was surprised that this song wasn't used at any point of the series nor in finale:
from the second episode when [sp]KEN LOSES[/sp], which was one of walt's first normal life actions influenced by his criminal side, i really expected this song to play in the finale because it works really well. i'm glad baby blue played, though.

you're right. doesn't really make much difference, though.
Honestly I don't think there would be any reason for them to reuse a song. I've never seen a tv show do it, unless it has some sort of special meaning attached.
-snip-~
I think we all know the only other possible option.
I think we all know the only other possible option.
Is that legit??? AMC Blocked it.
Is that legit??? AMC Blocked it.
I don't think it is, I seen it before it was blocked and it was just some guy who edited it.
Is that legit??? AMC Blocked it.
[sp]The song was replaced with "I'm Blue"[/sp]
[sp]The song was replaced with "I'm Blue"[/sp]
[sp]Ah ba di da ba di.[/sp] [editline]dfsdfs[/editline] David Blaine showed Aaron and Bryan a card trick. http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20752575,00.html
So, about that alternate ending: [sp]It's real. Kinda underwhelming, but real[/sp]
[sp]It's funny, but I was hoping for a real alternate ending, or an extended one at least.[/sp]
