Huh, fair enough. Wondering where it'll all go from here. [sp]I hope Hank doesn't overreact[/sp]
EDIT:This thread is now my season five blog. [sp]Walt turning the story around on Hank like that was very clever, but utterly detestable. Marie trying to steal Chloe and Walt Jr is as well though. The house didn't look entirely burnt down when we saw future-walt prowling through it, so I guess Jesse doesn't go through with it, but I don't think he'll ever be able to get a new life after this series ends, not after ditching Mr Identity.[/sp]
get ready to be put through the wringer
I watched the last four episodes back-to-back and nearly died
We're watching them in groups of two, just so we can chill out and process it. [sp]Ending an episode with Jesse breaking into the White residence and soaking it with petrol isn't fair to me :( [/sp]
that's not even the worst cliffhanger yet
there's one coming up for you soon that's basically a big slap in the face
haha better hope Tohajilee and Ozymandias are the two you watch, otherwise life sucks for you
[sp] To'hajiilee's [/sp] ending is probably the best fucking cliffhanger I've ever seen excluding the bathroom scene from season 5.
I remember waiting a week after that episode ended. Ending the episode there was just downright fucking cruel, but it's the only place it could have ended.
You people tend to forget that some of us had to wait a fucking year between Season 3 and Season 4, not knowing [sp]whether Jesse shot Gale or not.[/sp]
[sp]Didn't it end with a gunshot noise though?[/sp]
the very ending shot angled slightly, making it unclear if Jesse turned the gun to the side of his head or not.
stupid kickstarter
oh my god i'm dying
I recently just started watching this on Netflix after my computer died.
Finished the first two seasons, all I can say: Holy shit.
Apparently AMC is doing a binge of the whole show starting on August 10th if anyones interested, just saw an ad for it
Holy fucking shit Ozymandius was an amazing episode.
[sp]Now that Walt is a new man, will Heisenberg live on? It was all for naught, a year of secrets, deceit, blood and money is all for nothing because the White family didn't get the money that was the catalyst for this whole affair. Who's Walt need to kill with Ricin in the (I'm guessing) final episode? [/sp]
Fuck me.
Don't separate Walt and Heisenberg, it makes me really mad when people do that. They're the same person.

To be completely honest, you're able to figure that out on your own. [sp]Show in its last 8 episodes left enough clues so you can guess for whom the ricin is prepared. In the end it explains it all of course, but I remember people being able to guess it correctly based on what they saw till Ozymandias[/sp]

I mean, [sp]assuming Walt goes through with it, Walter White will cease to exist, will there be any attempt at normalcy or is he fully Heisenberg?[/sp]
Also, poor Hewell. Who's gonna give him the all-clear now? :(

The way I see it, in Ozymandias it's the Heisenberg who dies, in last two episodes it's Walter White now.

dude, no. could you imagine s1 Walt doing some of the things he does in Felina?
He's a changed person. 'Heisenberg' isnt a different thing, Walt just changes.
you're pulling the same shit that a lot of people did and it pisses me off
~~~theres no more walter anymore, only heinsenberggggg~~~
Of course. But if we assume, that "Heisenberg" persona is Walt doing shit for himself, to feel better and in power, then in Felina he's pretty selfless. He's changed, but he understand that and the story kinda comes a full circle.
negative
heisenberg was always there, walt just needed the push to bring him out (i.e. the cancer).
Just finished watching the whole show with my mother, we were both blown away.
Best TV series I've ever seen, hands down.
It was very interesting to debate too, because we both supported a different character. I backed Walter most of the way, while she hated him and supported Jesse. Best way to watch the show.
People need to realise that Walt is a developed, well written, three dimensional character. Not just two personalities of 'scared nice guy' and 'angry badass'.
Finished the season, a spectacular final episode. It wrapped up pretty much everything in a really satisfying way. [sp]It really hurt though, knowing that was it. The final piece, no more Walter White on a downward spiral, no chance for Flynn to ever understand his fathers double-life and why he got into it. Nobody will ever think of Walt as anything more than a drug-lord who murdered at least 30 people, and executed his brother-in-law in the desert.[/sp]
Unless in Better Call Saul we find out that Saul or someone else [sp]tries to explain Walt's situation a bit more[/sp]
Geez, no one is suggesting that he has a multiple personality disorder, it's just a phrasing for character doing morally questionable things in some episodes, and some straight bad things in others. Calm down, guys.
One interesting thing is how Jesse and Walt Jr. never met
I always found the scene where [sp]Walt Jr. burns himself on the hot water from the new heater Walter bought[/sp] very descriptive to everything Walter is doing.
([sp]Trying to help his family but ends up hurting them[/sp])
walt is just walt
walt can be a pretty big cunt sometimes
but sometimes he can also be not as big of a cunt as he could've chosen to be
