When it reaches the end, you'll pull out the disc, inevitably read every detail of the series online to find out all the cool details and then you'll sit and wait for the spinoff, eager and tense. You'll feel like an IV methhead who just had his drip taken away.

I think like I'm blessed about this whole thing. I know nothing about the series other than the base premise. I don't even know the context around the whole bitch/I am the danger/I am the one who knocks lines.
So yeah, I've basically never heard a single thing about this show other than "it's really good" and "god damn it heinsenberg" which were the only two things my friend would say about it. And tomorrow I'm going to watch five whole seasons of it in probably one sitting.
Stay away from googling it, or looking at the wiki, or anything like that. Even being in this thread, sometimes somebody posts an uncensored spoiler. It's best to wait until you're done.
Show wikis are stupid because sometimes i just want to look up something about a character and there's a really obvious "STATUS: Alive/Dead/Missing" that ruins their fate for me
The Walking Dead wiki is the worst for that. Right at the top of the article, before you realise there's going to be spoilers, there's either a big green or red banner confirming their fate.

I haven't done uniques yet, mostly because I haven't actually played enough Civ to come up with good ones (I have about 30 hours in pick-up games, rarely play past Industrial era). Some of my ideas include trade routes (drug mules), bonuses dealing with Chemistry/Science/Research or Great Scientists, a Pikeman/Pinkman pun...
Also I've spent most of the time just getting all the art assets in and working.
Right now I'm just starting on adding in the dialogue, then I'll do personality and finish off with uniques.
