I really didn't. I figured it was something special, but I never made the tie it was numbers or that it was birthday related., but the times I saw it I didn't really think much of it since the scene passed relatively quickly. :c

Because I'm incredibly daft? I usually have a good attention to detail but this just flew right over my head. I know which scene you mean but at the time I just assumed it was some family tradition to arrange the bacon that way or something. I didn't think more of it.

Walter doesn't seem compatible with the cartel's business methods. Sure he's equally as evil but it's a different kind of evil, much more like Gus's, meticulous, behind the scenes planning

I got dumb'd when i said that, but yeah i'm hoping for that even though it's pretty much impossible at this point.
I watched episode 1 season 1 three days ago. Stayed up five hours longer than I intended. Just now finishing up season 2. A friend said he didn't relate to anything Walt does and felt the writers just kept him heading toward the drug aspects and turn down all help so the show could continue. But so far pretty much everything he's done I haven't seen anything that suggests inhuman activity, most of the decisions he made I might even have done myself.
Lot's to catch up on though.
