he says it to jesse in one of the episodes from season 1. he told skyler that he bought marijuana and jesse got mad at him to which he responded "oh so should i have told her that i cook crystal meth and killed a man?" or something

You will get a local version of netflix if you sign in now. However there might be a browser addon you can use to make it look like you are browsing from another country. I use one to access US Netflix, but I don't know if there is one for UK off the top of my head.

From what I've read it's only UK and Ireland that's getting the episodes the day after on Netflix.

Oh right, the only one I've heard so far is Australia. It would be a good idea for them to try and get as many countries as possible with a legal method of getting the episodes to not force people to pirate them.
