Wait, is Season 5b going to be on Play instantly? [editline]5th August 2013[/editline] How can I watch the last season in the UK? I don't have Netflix or anything like that.
How can I watch the last season in the UK? I don't have Netflix or anything like that.
The cheapest option will probably be getting Netflix. I mean it's only £6 a month and it's got tonnes of shit on it.
I guess I'll just roll with Netflix for two months, I only really need it for BB. I can obtain anything else relatively easily. [editline]5th August 2013[/editline] Alrighty, a free month to go with that. I guess there's a time for everything.
Just use two free month trials
I'm alright, £6 for netflix ain't too bad. Cheaper than my spotify subscription. I try not to be a cheapskate :^)
Wow [sp]Gus's death was so fucking stupid[/sp] Season 4 spoilers
What are you talking about? It happens in real life and it fits his character.

[sp]Its not the way he dies I have a problem with, but the way he walked out of the room with that whole skull thing going on completely took me out of the moment which sucks considering how well it was built up. It just looked silly[/sp] S4 spoilers again
OK, so my 11 year old sister watches shit with me all the time. 2 years ago, we did a thing called "Culture Shock" where she would watch a bunch of shit that I liked as a kid that she missed out on, including a few R rated films like "Pulp Fiction", "Fight Club" and "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". She's starting to watch more TV, anyway. She's seen the entirety of The Walking Dead and she was asking me about Breaking Bad this week because of all the buzz that's been going around about season five. After A LOT of convincing, I let her watch the pilot. We're on the fourth episode in a row right now, holy shit.
You're showing a 11 year old stuff like Pulp fiction and fight club what Surely half the themes of this stuff would be lost on a 11 year old
If I recall correctly, it was based on an actual death. Could be wrong, though.
[sp]I just think having him scream and the shot of the door flying off its hinges with the alarms going off was a great end to the scene, then suddenly spooky gus skeleton.[/sp] Well guess its time to leave the thread forever
Honestly, I'm with RainbowStalin. I thought that kind of ruined the scene.

Victims of explosions being in shock will sometimes act like nothing has happened for a few moments before their injuries finally kill them. Even more so, it was a symbolic thing for Gus. Standing up straight and fixing his tie, a true business man to the very end.[/sp]
I need to sleep these next few days away.
Skyler is pretty attractive. In a weird sort of way.

About the S4E13 talk, so spoilers: [sp]For any skeptical of the non-instant death, here's a video of a guy missing almost half his face. It's very graphic, NSFW and whatnot. Not the same cause,of course, but it shows plausibility.[/sp] If you want to get right into it, skip to 1:55. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNy71hU-Sh0 Again, NSFW, graphic, etc.

Im not disagreeing with the scene, but im disagreeing with your evidence [sp] having cancer, and having your face removed doesn't correlate at ALL with sustaining an injury in a poly-traumatic event that gus experienced. I cant even begin with you, christ, stop. You cant use cancer to justify a "non-instant" poly-traumatic death, no shit poly-trauma isn't an instant death 100% of the time [/sp]
Oh my god
gus's whole story was tragic as fuck but atleast at the very end he got what he wanted. [sp]killing all the cartel, albeit dying in the process[/sp]

That's why I didn't say it in response to you. (Also largely, it was an excuse to post an interesting video.) You seem to be having a bad day, so I hope it gets better.
Suggestions for Gus' relationship with [series 4][sp]the man Hector shot in the flashback?[/sp] And who was he in Chile before he wiped his records?
Suggestions for Gus' relationship with [series 4][sp]the man Hector shot in the flashback?[/sp] And who was he in Chile before he wiped his records?
[sp]I'm guessing they had a relationship like the one between Jesse and Walt, or Gus believed Walt and Jesse had the same kind of relationship he had with his old partner which might be why he never just killed Jesse.[/sp]
Marathoned the entire series. [sp]Since ending of S4, I really hate Walt. I hope he suffers greatly.[/sp] [sp]And did anyone notice that Walt coughs and takes medication in that 52nd birthday scene. Cancer is back?[/sp]
Yesss, Netflix will air the final season for the UK the day after it airs in the US. http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-previews/breaking-bad-season-5-uk-2091584
Oh wow I didn't know this. And here I was getting all worried about the mad dash for torrents.
