They've said to keep you're eyes on their Twitter account for when it's getting released.
They don't seem to have a set time yet but I imagine they are going to try and get it up as fast as they can after the episode airs in the US.

I'm planning to just wait for it to up on Netflix. I'd rather have my first time watching it be a quality one rather than some low quality stream. Also it stops me from staying up late waiting for it to start, and from god awful american advert breaks.

It's because we get the episodes as they air on cable. They don't in the UK. So they're doing this for them instead.
