Spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen this yet, this is definitely symbolism for something. One of my friends and I agreed the meaning could be [sp]no one understanding Walt anymore or something.[/sp]Christ, it's creepy as shit.
The whole house is symbolic of Walt.

I don't remember any eyeless Walt. Looks like a tech error.

It's the light from the window reflecting off the mirror.
The brakes are off, bitch.

It's part of the scene.

Pretty much, but that one specific thing struck me the most.
[sp]did that yellow RC have any meaning?[/sp]
Holy shit that was rad. [sp]I'm not really feeling what's happening with Jessie though. I hope he isn't going to be this depressive for the rest of the episodes[/sp]
[sp]I can't even remember why jessie is depressed, haven't watched s5 in a couple of weeks[/sp]
[sp]I can't even remember why jessie is depressed, haven't watched s5 in a couple of weeks[/sp]
[sp]I think it's mainly because the kid got shot. I think that's the main reason why he wanted out of the meth trade[/sp]
[sp]I'm pretty sure he always knows Walt is talking out of his ass and that Mike is dead.[/sp]
that episode was fucking phenomenal
i was giggling and moving around in my seat like a little girl throughout the whole thing
[sp]Onto another topic. In a scene from today's episode, Walter grabs a hand towel to kneel on while vomiting in the toilet (an obvious reference to Gus). What exactly does this mean? Walter is showing that he is becoming "like Gus," but with next to no time left and Hank already having figured him out, what would be the point? Will Walter die like Gus did? Will he go back to making meth? Maybe his confrontation with Hank will encourage him to become a Crime Kingpin to protect himself?[/sp]
[sp]Walt kneeling on the hand towl is just a little bit of Gus he's taken in. Every person he's killed that he's at least talked to, he takes a little bit of them in his behaviour, like he doesn't eat his bread with crust on it since season 1, doesn't drink his scotch on the rocks anymore etc.[/sp]
[sp]Was an amazing episode, was hoping that Walt would go full 'Heisenburg' on his brother in law. Because if I remember correctly, didn't Walt pay for his rehabilitation with drug money, making him an accessory?[/sp]

[sp]Isn't that a pretty old episode? Feels like he'd be over it by now.[/sp]
[sp]Isn't that a pretty old episode? Feels like he'd be over it by now.[/sp]
[sp]It was quite a few episodes back now, but if I'm recalling correctly all the episodes since have had Jessie insisting that he wants out of the business mainly because of the kid getting killed.
It's probably more than just the kid but that happening was the tipping point for him.[/sp]

I mean, it's nice to show the parallels between those two, but what - Walt is doing this subconsciously?[/sp]

Gonna be working on a piece based on that shot from this episode.
HD on Australia TV 6 hours after America, with no ads. This is amazing.

Channel/time/days airing?
That fucking ending.. You could see Walt shift into Heisenberg mode. Great premiere.
Channel/time/days airing?
Foxtel Showcase, 6:30, 8:30, 10:30 on Monday nights.
The 8:30 is Showcase 2 and not HD, so I'm doing the 6:30 session. Having no ads is amazing, just absorbed throughout the whole show with nothing to distract you.

Does it come on free TV? didn't know people actually still used Foxtel.
Breaking Bad will never be on free to air tv. They rarely ever have MA tv shows because they have to put them on later.

I was switching through TV channels one night and they had season 2 airing on ABC at like 10PMish a few months back
