Just because an episode isn't full of shooting and explosions, does not make it filler. Everything in this episode tied into the main plot. It could be ranked as one of if not the least filler episodes of the series.
And if you've seen season 4, you should know this show is amazing with tense scenes. Box cutter, Hermanos, salud, bug, crawl space, end times, and face off were all incredibly intense.

I felt like this episode was slower than last week's, but still a good episode and important to the storyline. It's not like we haven't had a slow episode in Breaking Bad before.
