I figure they [sp]kept him out of the last ep so that they could have him find out in a scene focused on him. Not during a baby tug-of-war.[/sp]
I can't help but feel that it would be hilarious if [sp]Marie tried to steal Walt Jr.[/sp]
Pretty sure [sp]Walt Jr. has just been out with Louis.[/sp]
Louis is Walt in a mask. They're cooking meth so Walt can pass down his legacy.
We need more pictures like 'honk' in here.
Damn near pissed myself laughing.
remember when Marie called the real estate agent fat
Judging from the recent Betsy Brandt interview, Walt Jr's lack of screen time is for a reason.

[sp]One curious thing for me: Marie tries to take Holly away, but what about Walt Jr.? Doesn't she want to protect him too?
Oh, yeah, yeah [laughs]. She wanted to take them both.[/sp]
Well, where is he? What has he been up to?
Mmmmm, you to have to see. I promise, all the things that I'm not telling you, you won't be disappointed. There's an answer. No stone unturned in the last eight episodes. There are no loose ends.
Too bloody tired anyway... Give me a clearer concept to work with bru.
oh fuck walt looks like [sp] the officer who interrogated jesse[/sp]
[editline]21st August 2013[/editline]
also im guessing [sp] saul tells jesse about the incident with brock, considering sauls lines in the preview for the next episode. I wonder if Jesse will ever learn about Jane as well?[/sp]
[sp] I wonder if Jesse will ever learn about Jane as well?[/sp]
nah
Can someone explain the[sp]Jane[/sp] bit to me?
I saw it as Walt[sp] not being obligated to help her, and from what I remember she was going to tell the cops or something.[/sp]
[sp]walt was also worried that jane would ruin jesse's life, i think, she seemed to really want the money[/sp]
Yeah so what I'm saying is would Walt even get in trouble legally for what happened?
[sp]For breaking into the house, maybe a little, but you're not obligated to save someone if they're dying[/sp]
[sp]I wonder if Jesse will ever learn about Jane as well?[/sp]
[sp]Jesse will take a shit at Walt's house and find a book called "How To Not Save Someone From Choking On Their Own Vomit"[/sp]
Can someone explain the[sp]Jane[/sp] bit to me?
I saw it as Walt[sp] not being obligated to help her, and from what I remember she was going to tell the cops or something.[/sp]
[sp]He did accidentally roll her onto her back, which basically caused her to die once she started choking up. But it's not the legal responsibility at issue. Walt didn't have to help her by law. But he easily could have, it's a moral issue.[/sp]
[sp]Pretty sure Mike was literally on his way to Belize when Walt killed him. Saul asked Walt if he could send Hank to "Belize," which he explained by saying "Where Mike went." And obviously Saul knew Mike was dead from the way he was talking. So "Send him to Belize" was basically code for "kill him."
So Walt saying "I'll send you to Belize" was basically him saying "I'm going to kill you." He was saying it in a sarcastic manner, of course. But people are thinking eventually Walt may kill him literally, and this comedic line will turn out to be foreshadowing. It wouldn't surprise me, they've done similar things before.[/sp]
[sp]I probably should've watched season 5A again before starting 5B... do they ever show that Saul finds out what happened to Mike? Or does he just fill in the blanks like Jesse?[/sp]

[sp]when they mention Belize, i think he figures it out[/sp]

More specifically:
Criminally negligent manslaughter occurs where there is an omission to act when there is a duty to do so, or a failure to perform a duty owed, which leads to a death. The existence of the duty is essential because the law does not impose criminal liability for a failure to act unless a specific duty is owed to the victim. It is most common in the case of professionals who are grossly negligent in the course of their employment.
Doesn't look that bad.
Oh god what if Walt jr hasn't been seen because he tried out Walt's meth with Louis and they overdosed :v:

WAIT! WHAT!? You aren't? In what kind of western country? New-Africa?
Am I the only one who thinks there's more to Flynn's friend Louis than just being a casual friend? It seems like he's mentioned too many times to be just a small part of their lives, yet he never appears except in one or two instances. What with Flynn not appearing as frequently and Louis being his only tie to the outside world, it makes me wonder.

none of walt jr's other friends get mentioned i don't think, so it's safe to assume that louis is his best friend and they just spend a lot of time together. did you have something else in mind or something?

Maybe [sp]Lydia had him kidnapped.[/sp]
Maybe Flynn is the one who [sp]truly knocks[/sp].
[sp]Flynn's friend is the son of Gus Fring, seeking revenge on Heisenberg [/sp]
