Fun fact about episode 508: [sp]Originally in the script, there was going to be a scene where Walt's doctor tells him that he has a clean bill of health. It was even filmed and made it into the editor's room, but it was cut because of time. Plus the writers felt that Walt needed an extra reason to quit cooking, and that letting the cancer go away wouldn't be as satisfying.[/sp]
Fucking holy hellheck I just watched the latest episode. [sp]When Walt unveiled his "Hank made me do it" bomb I was already flipping the fuck out with... I don't know, tension? But then Jesse realises Walt poisoned Brock and he starts beating on Saul and oiling up Walt's house, fuck me. I'm exploding. Hoooooly fuck.[/sp] Sorry, I'm still in shock.
Also [sp]Bryan Cranston did the entire confession tape speech in one take[/sp]
Bryan Cranston is such a fucking brilliant actor.
Also, I like how even after everything [sp]Jesse still called him Mr. White when talking to (screaming at) Saul.[/sp]
Speculation [sp]If Jesse does end up killing Mr. White, I'm hoping the dialog is something like Walter saying shit like if you kill me you'd be killing the father of two children or something and then Jesse says no, I'm killing Heisenberg.[/sp] [end shitty speculation]
Speculation [sp]If Jesse does end up killing Mr. White, I'm hoping the dialog is something like Walter saying shit like if you kill me you'd be killing the father of two children or something and then Jesse says no, I'm killing Heisenberg.[/sp] [end shitty speculation]
I disagree. [sp]I feel like Walt would be more remorseful, Jesse is arguably the person who, yes, he manipulated, but he was very close with as well. If Jesse was the downfall, I think he'd realize how badly he fucked up.[/sp]
[sp]I'm thinking Skyler is going to end up dying due to Walter making the bacon a 52 at the start of season 5. Judging by when he normally imitates people, it has me worried. [/sp]
[sp]There's a fan theory that Walt takes on a characteristic of whoever he kills, and in the flashforward his fake last name is Lambert, which is Skylar and Marie's maiden name.[/sp]
[sp]What if the Ricin is for Lydia. I mean, didn't he try to kill her with it before but stopped because of her offer for loads of cash. So what if he plans on meeting with her but kills her and all her goons[/sp]
[sp]There's a fan theory that Walt takes on a characteristic of whoever he kills, and in the flashforward his fake last name is Lambert, which is Skylar and Marie's maiden name.[/sp]
It's also my last name! :tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil:
my god this show is truly 10/10 also i want to nail marie in that black dress.
Why is everyone so attracted to Marie Lydia is obviously the only cutie-patootie
Holly is obviously the hottest girl in the show.
Holly is obviously the hottest girl in the show.
erm
[sp] has holly talked yet? Calling it. Her first words are " i hope you die you piece of shit". She's the only person who is in walt's immediate family not to tell him to die. :V[/sp]
[sp]Walt Jr. could also be at school[/sp]
[sp]Doesn't Walt Jr. have his own car? I don't recall seeing one in the driveway when Jesse drives up[/sp]
Also [sp]Bryan Cranston did the entire confession tape speech in one take[/sp]
[sp]I do hope that the full "unedited" version of that is released at some point, like they did with Gale's Karaoke video.[/sp]
[sp]I'm thinking Skyler is going to end up dying due to Walter making the bacon a 52 at the start of season 5. Judging by when he normally imitates people, it has me worried. [/sp]
[sp]It could also be that she just leaves him; given that when he returns to the house it is obvious that he has been outed as heisenberg. She could've chosen to go to prison, or done a deal with the police. That, or suicide.[/sp]
[sp] has holly talked yet? Calling it. Her first words are " i hope you die you piece of shit". A brief moment before Holly's first word. "Heisenberg." "You're goddamn right."[/sp]
i think it's just force of habit really. i don't really recall jesse referring to walt by his first name, it was always just "Mr. White." i know mike tended to refer to him as 'walter' but that's more appropriate to his character imo [editline]26th August 2013[/editline] not to mention walt was his high school chemistry teacher and thus it would've been customary for him to say 'Mr. White,' thus planting it in his brain that he's just going to refer to him as just 'Mr. White' from now on
He called him "Walt" once. In season 2 episode 6. It would've been kind of cool if he had never used his first name throughout the series, except for maybe the finale or something.
[sp]Walt is sitting down, happily teaching Holly how to talk. "Say dada! Say dada!" A brief moment before Holly's first word. "Heisenberg." "You're goddamn right."[/sp]
Alternatively: [sp]It's over. The kids have been taken in by Hank and Marie for protection. They live life not knowing what their parents had done. Holly lives on. When she hits 18, she's told what happened. She gets an M60. "Bye, Uncle Hank, bye-bye, Aunt Marie."[/sp]
[sp]It's probably way too late for my two cents, but how I interpreted it, Jessie took out the cigarettes, and realized it was the pack of cigarettes that had the ricin in it, that Huel reverse-pick-pocketed into Jesse, thus Walt actually tried to kill Jesse with the ricin, when he was far away, with a wiped record, and untrackable. To be honest, I don't see how Jesse could make the connection all the way to Brock that fast, and that it'd push him to -gas his entire house-[/sp]
[sp]Walt is sitting down, happily teaching Holly how to talk. "Say dada! Say dada!" A brief moment before Holly's first word. "Heisenberg." "You're goddamn right."[/sp]
This is the best thing
if one more person mentions [sp]jesse and the cigarette pack[/sp] I'm gonna go full heisenberg
[sp] -gas his entire house-[/sp]
You seem to forget that even the INKLING that Walt could have [sp]poisoned brock sent Jesse to his house with a gun.[/sp]
[sp]Walt did not try to poison Jesse, there was no "reverse" pickpocketing going on. At the end of season 4, Huell patted down Jesse and later the ricin was missing. At the time he assumed Huell had pickpocketed him, which he had. Walt convinced him that Gus had taken it instead, which later on he found out was not true. Jesse searched every nook and cranny of his house to find it, but failed. Walt steps in and finds it without much trouble. So in this episode, first of all Jesse accuses Walt of pretending to care while he's manipulating and deceiving him. Jesse is right about this, but Walt seems to yet again convince Jesse he's wrong. Jesse is at Saul's office and has some pot on him. When Jesse walks out the door, he get's awkwardly close to Huell, similar to his encounter in season 4. When Jesse is waiting to get picked up, he feels inside his pocket that the dope is gone. He empties his pockets to make sure, realizing Huell had taken it under orders from Saul. What he did pull out of his pockets was a box of cigarettes(not the same box of course), but the same brand and all. He connects being pickpocketed now to when he thought it had happened in season 4. Realizing now that it was just what Walt needed to turn him against Gus, not to mention Walt found it very easily when Jesse could not. He also realizes that disappearing like this is exactly what Walt wanted him to do, to get him out of the way. He sees that Walt manipulated him into accepting with an insincere speech and hug. He now connects the manipulation and the pickpocketing to Walter. Realizing that he was right when he assumed Huell pickpocketed him in the past, and that Walt's manipulation started before Gus died.[/sp]
[sp]There's a fan theory that Walt takes on a characteristic of whoever he kills, and in the flashforward his fake last name is Lambert, which is Skylar and Marie's maiden name.[/sp]
walt never took on the personality of 2 mexicans though
walt never took on the personality of 2 mexicans though
[sp]Walt didn't kill them.[/sp]
[sp]Walt didn't kill them.[/sp]
[sp]I think he meant the two rival dealers he ran over and shot to save Jesse. "Run." Really though they didn't show much personality and were pretty expendable characters so what's to copy?[/sp]
