I don't know why they make seaons of 20 odd episodes in America. Even with breaks.
13 episodes or less is the greatest format. Keeps things concise.
And there's another week without episodes after the next episode and then it's the season finale.
Um I don't think it's the finale after next since it's a 23 episode season and we're only 13 in.
There will be a 4th season yay!

I was afraid the last episode provided too much closure, it could be a series finale. But we'll still have more of this awesome show <3
Did Harold shut 'The Machine' down or did he remove access that he had on the computer he was using?

I don't think he has that power. He just erased his hard drives.
They're back tomorrow <3

A version of "I'd Love to Change the World" by Ten Years After. Not sure by who though.
Person of Interest (CBS) V. The Kneecap Squad is back
Great episode. Also, random reminder that this show exists and it's super awesome.
Kneecap Squad is setting new records!
Here's totes what's going to happen based on the first couple episodes. [sp] That one chick that Samaritan saves does some magic and boom Samaritan and "The Machine" merge to create Helios [/sp]
The theme is barely present, but I always love how they update the visuals :v: The edited dialogue is a nice touch, too. One some might miss.

PoI has the best intro. I'm always looking for new details in it.
Oh god... The fan service in this episode was just too great.

Expression of sadness about events in latest episode.

The button didn't seem to have any knees
And yet the UK still does not have season 3 yet nor a date when or if it will be aired. Fucking channel 5 pile of shit, stand by what i said back in 2011, no fucker here knows how great POI is because it's on that shit channel, sadly they also have other great shows but piss all over them or even drop them completely in the case of Justified, all so they can air Big fucking Brother.
/ Rant.
(i know i can get it online, but its one of those shows i like to watch with my old man in front of the TV)

Hey, I like Big Brother.
I feel your pain tho, no wonder people pirate.
I bailed on this show in the first season because it just felt like another tame network TV procedural. But people keep talking about it and I get the impression it got better.
Did it really get better? If so, what season should I jump in at? Preferable one with copious amounts of Amy Acker. :zoid:

I think season 2 the last 3 episodes or so is where it really starts putting more focus on the overarching story.

For me I've yet to watch an episode which wasn't at least satisfactory, the individual self contained stories are often entertaining enough in their own right. At the same time the overall story is kept up within every single episode to some degree. Obviously there are filler episodes but they don't feel weak or half arsed IMO. It also helps that all the cast are brilliant and likeable in their own way.
I haven't seen any of series 3 / 4 yet but i have no reason to think it's getting worse.

Season 3 and 4 are better than 1 and 2 IMO.

It was all a great deception. :v:
It's hardly a procedural anymore, though we still get the occasional filler which isn't bad imo. Yes, i think the show is better now, but it was doing great as a procedural.
