This show has now right being this good. I like so much where it's going.
Having cleared seasons 2 and 3, I'm definitely hooked on this show. Things got a lot more interesting when it started to break out of the case-of-the-week pattern.
But, goddamn, this show [I]really[/I] loves the "Character about to be shot, but are saved by a bullet out of nowhere" trope. It's, like, every single episode.

there was a USA Today poll and person of interest came out on top with the most people wanting it renewed I think, so it's likely. Nolan also feels like its likely to be renewed.

apparently a fan got a tour of the set not too long ago and they got told that it's been renewed for a s.5, cbs just haven't confirmed it yet.

I hope so. If this is the last series I don't think it'd work, you can't tie up [sp]the machine getting rebuilt, shaw coming back, and samaritan (hopefully) getting destroyed [/sp] in just 13 episodes, it'd be a fucking mess.
I'd have been fine with this being the last season if it was the full 22 episodes, but idk if they can conclude effectively with just 13.
