p.sure silva screen aren't handling the soundtracks anymore, they got pied off a while back
The apparent email says Silva Screen so if that's accurate then it may not be true.
The apparent email says Silva Screen so if that's accurate then it may not be true.
hm, I'm not sure then, maybe I'm mis-remembering. Fuckin just want it already.

Also if that's the new TARDIS exterior they're using (which I'm assuming it is) I'm fine with it but I'll certainly miss the blocky one. It's a bit weird the sign is black but I guess things really are getting changed up for series 11.
She looks like an early seventies Pink Floyd fan. I like it
We 2:1 now.
More like 2.35:1
More like 2.35:1
Doubt it, tbh. There were enough people complaining about Trust Me - don't want to enrage the Whovians with too much empty space on their televisions. Chibnall got the same kit for 2:1 Broadchurch, though. It's a good compromise which has worked wonders for Netflix.

https://www.cookeoptics.com/l/anamorphiclens.html It's just that 2:1 still isn't widely adopted outside of Netflix. It works, but it's not really a standard yet. v:v:v
Special will air at 5:30 on christmas day.
Special will air at 5:30 on christmas day.
not that good of a time slot, i'll be at the peak of pissed then and i think most people will be too if they have lunch at 3pm like normal people

That’s not me politically at all – but we have to keep everyone on board."
guys did you know that if you cast a woman in a role then it's automatically part of a progressive liberal agenda
guys did you know that if you cast a woman in a role then it's automatically part of a progressive liberal agenda
Which is, sadly, the exact reaction some people have to the casting of Jodie Whitaker.
even though that quote is a little weird, just to be clear it's taken from a larger source the full context is that he was talking about how when he thought about casting a woman (before the idea of peter became a reality) he did worry about the "Daily Mail-reading viewers" and what they would think that quote is then about how you have to at least think of them too since they also watch it just thought it was important to clarify because it feels like that tweet takes it a little out of context
Anyone else seen tons of "CHIBNALL IS RUINING DOCTOR WHO?", "SERIES 11 WILL BE A DISASTER!" etc. vids popping up on YT? Click-bait titles, always some guy rambling about the "SJW agenda". I'm just waiting for "FANS HATE HIM! LOCAL MAN DISCOVERS ONE WEIRD TRICK TO RUIN FRANCHISE"

Special Guest Star: The Time Vortex. Thanks John Smith - you magnificent bastard. It took seven years but it’s finally here. [sp]I maintain that the regeneration volcano is past its sell-by[/sp]
woah who was that glass person
I feel like this is going to be really heartbreaking but I also can't wait
woah who was that glass person
the obligatory monster
[sp]I maintain that the regeneration volcano is past its sell-by[/sp]
i maintain that you're wrong
john smith finally got hired by the bbc?
john smith finally got hired by the bbc?
He has helped Talalay on her episodes and also with Sherlock. He did the Series 10 "who is The Doctor" teasers, too. Poor Neonvisual.
Should I start watching again?
Should I start watching again?
Whether you just want to be here for one of the biggest milestones in the history of the show - or if you fell off because of a dislike of the Steven Moffat era - this Christmas Special is probably the time to come back. Or if you haven't seen Series 10 - probably just burn through that first, for *reasons.* It's largely inoffensive.
It's largely inoffensive.
back of the box quote right there

that laugh is god like
1's TARDIS is missing the St John's Ambulance badge.. John Smith didn't forget about it, though.
1's TARDIS is missing the St John's Ambulance badge.. John Smith didn't forget about it, though.
If I recall correctly, the St. John badge came off the First Doctor’s (life-size) TARDIS prop as early as Keys of Marius, so the film crew isn’t wrong there, actually.
1's TARDIS is missing the St John's Ambulance badge.. John Smith didn't forget about it, though.
[t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DPj9aZEXkAwfu9S.jpg[/t] This was the prop's design during the Tenth Planet.
It has the Ambulance badge in the time vortex sequence in that video.
It has the Ambulance badge in the time vortex sequence in that video.
The vfx model pretty much looks to be based off the prop's season 1 appearance, with the taller roof and lamp design, rather than season 4's. More or less all fx shots featuring miniature TARDISes during the 60s suffered the same inconsistency, so I guess there's some show consistency in that regard.
