Probably has already been stated but South Park is one of the shows that is progressively becoming funnier in it's newer seasons. My favourite episode has to be The Coon.
I was watching the most recent episode in the lobby of my dorm along with a bunch of other people, when Al Qaeda began ramming planes into the Jersey people one of the girls began to go, "Oh shit they just didn't just do that."
That was fucking amazing.

They haven't made it yet. A lot of people don't know this, but they typically make a whole episode the week before. With some episodes they work on them in the off-season, but Matt and Trey don't like doing this as much.
I amm pretty sure they made most of the episodes during the season brake, seeing as the preview for the newest episode was released immediately after the previous episode.
