I admire the Psycho reference at the end of the last one.
New one was funny, though the ending was weird. Wouldn't be surprised if next week's episode doesn't have anything to do with this one.
I picked it up at the last 5 minutes and I have to say, I am completely lost.
I figured watching the rerun later would explain more but seeing the responses here, evidently not.

this was the mid-season finale episode

Oh. Then I guess it would make sense for a two parter.
What the fuck.
What just happened?
It was a shity ending. This episode was depressing a little bit for me. Cause i am like that too. I sometime just want to say "give me the least shittiest thing you have" at a restaurant.
It was a shity ending.
You mean like it sucks or is it a joke?
Because there's poop in the episode.
Anyone else get the feeling this episode was supposed to sum up Trey Parker and Matt Stone's opinion on the series at this point?
It feels like they're trying to set up the series finale with this one.

The ending was the final statement of how stan see's the world. Stan see's the world as pure shit. The ending was shitty, it left shit untied, and all shitty like. It was meant to make you say "well that was a shitty ending" It was a good episode. And it had a shitty ending. But the shitty ending is what made it a great episode. The ending i see is an ironic pun almost.

I agree. [sp] The part with stans parents separating cause it was "the same shit" every week [/sp] sums up the series now.
Man, what a shitty episode.
Usually when Matt and Trey voice their own opinions directly through a character it's Stan. If this is the ending though, they have 7 episodes left so hopefully it's done really really well.
My life condensed into a half an hour. Awesome.
Well that was weird.
There was news in 2007 that south park was renewed until season 17.
I feel sad after watching that last ep
I almost puked at that part where Kyle morphed into a giant blob of shit. :barf:
I have a feeling this will be the last season.
That last episode wasn't very good. Come to think of it, I have been rather dissapointed with the new season.
Holy fuck that was depressing.
City Sushi is my favourite episode of this new series. Cringey at the ending of this :S
or whatever the president is a dog who cares
"Fuck you, you'll pay to see this anyways!"
I'm really wondering if this will be the last season (or the last season with Stone and Parker) or if this will "just reset next week."
I mean a lot of the things that Stan saw as shitty are shitty.

If it is the last season I really enjoyed that episode. Matt and Trey are good at conveying messages without plainly saying them.
I think the next episode is being released in a couple of months.
I have seen just 4 mins of episode but already my tommy hurts from laughing.

Trey Parker said this back in April 2011:
"South Park is way bigger than either of us. And it’s this curse, and when we are doing it, I hate it. I'm pissed off and I'm tired, and every single Tuesday I say, 'This is the worst show we’ve ever done!' It’s brutal. But it’s something I am a part of that’s bigger than I am. That’s what most important."
I like the semi-serious turn the episode took near the end.

I guess this really is the final season of South Park. They're doing something to slowly close down the show. At least that's what I'm guessing.
Oh my god, that was deep :saddowns:
