The Seuss part had some fantastic animation. Like, I really liked it. Should do more with that.
That was a great episode. Maybe not super funny but I liked it. Stan confused me though. I don't get why he cut off his scause and glued it back together.
TECHNICALLY my first episode was the pilot, Spirit of Christmas. My dad apparently showed it to me on his work computer when i was a kid, back when it was being shared all over the internet. but I don't remember that at all. First episode I remember watching was Timmy, when I was like 13. I wasn't allowed to watch it as a kid.
Just caught up with latest couple of episodes. Watching the halloween one.
Were they deliberately making Kennys voice really unmasked? I could hear him perfectly fine through the robot-filter. :v:

Also, I genuinelt felt for Randy in that episode.
My dad used to own a video rental store a few years back. Went bankrupt. Guess why.

That's the joke.
I think my first episode was either an elephant makes love to a pig or chickenpox...one of two. Watching TMI right now.
I saw the original episode way back when Channel 4 got the right's to air it over here in the UK.
I probably wasn't old enough but w/e, it was good. Been hooked since!!
I lol'd at the last shot of Obama's face in the sky
love that [sp]President Duck[/sp] is back, made me burst into laughter.
I consider South Park to be more a test for something bigger, given that everyone is the same, there is no walking animation either and it's poor quality, but people liked it so they made it a full-scale franchise
Love the one with cesar milan dog whisperer and cartman.
Pretty quick on how they made the episode reference [sp]Disney buying LucasArts[/sp].
I recall there being a "Behind the Scenes" thing where it showed they literally produce the episodes in one week, including the writing, voice-acting, animation, post-production - and it's never pre-made what the episode will be about months in advance.
Yep. This particular episode was 5 days, which you could kinda tell by the rush job.
Not one of their best.
I wonder if they had two endings for this episode, depending on who was elected.

Don't think that's the case.

So when did Comedy central edit "Red Hot Catholic Love"? It is on the tv right now and whenever someone craps out of their mouth it goes black and a sign pops up saying how they had to edit it for your protection.
They didn't really refer to Obama outside of the scenes that actually had him, so they probably did them in the last 2 days.

What happened to Butters?
I wonder if they had two endings for this episode, depending on who was elected.
nah, they announced the name before the election: "Obama Wins" :v:

Yea but my thought was that Obama is still elected at the start, but the decision to give Star Wars to the Chinese or Disney could have been switched at the end depending on was elected. Not to say they were both animated, but the storyline could still have gone either way.
So wait, this was the last episode of season 16?
Well..let me be the first one to say that this season was fantastic. Considering that the last season was kinda boring, I got a bit worried that this would be even worse. But nope, Matt Stone and Trey Parker definitely still got it

the ending was only really funny if they give Star Wars to the Chinese, the idea that Star Wars is more important than the president

Obama still would have been president til the 20th, they didn't have to change anything.
Season 17 will premiere on 25th, it'll consist of 10 episodes without a mid-season break.
Man, I really need to catch up with this one.
