Is it me or did cartman's voice sound a little different in the new episode?

I liked his annoying, fat kid voice more in the older seasons, now he's starting to sound more and more like Stan

I hate to agree, but you're right there wasn't many laughs.
I dont think its all about the laughs. Although thats the core of the show, i do think they like to send messages through the show without having a ton of comedy.
They've got a message/point across many times in the past while still being hilarious satire. This time they missed the mark on the comedy aspect, and tbh it's a comedy so yeah, it's mostly all about the laughs.
Still could've been way better. Like Santa, really? How about the door opens and its the Twitter / Facebook offices
^ To be honest the Santa reveal was probably my favorite part of the episode, I thought it was clever.
Next episode is about Minecraft

It was funny because it worked on two levels, the simple joke of santa knowing who's naughty and who's nice being useful to the NSA and the more subversive joke that the american government uses torture to gain it's intellignece
It was just so random that it wasn't funny. Or at least I'm not a fan of "lol randum" humor
Except it wasn't random at all, random would be if it was Kanye West or something, Santa actually makes sense; they were using him to determine who was or wasn't a threat, i.e. who's naughty or nice.
Eh I didn't really like the first one. This new one was pretty good though.
I am glad that they finally tackled the issue of people overacting and trying to blame video games. This was an issue that needed to be addressed.

I was really hoping there'd be more scenes where[sp]the block version of characters are literally in Minecraft[/sp], as there could have been a shitload of funny moments and jokes to work with. Given how much you can do and make in the game.
This episode reminded me that I have no clue how to tame a horse in minecraft.
I didn't know there were horses in Minecraft.

It's exaggerated by south park to make it funny, but there still is a lot of that erotic stuff. I don't know for sure since I don't watch that, but it has come as long way since the original CSI (best crime show :v:).

Didnt really like that episode. It was just all over the place and didnt make much sense. Odd, i usually like all South Park but this was one was off.
Ehhh. It seems like every episode is based on a real thing now. Its OK to do that every now and then but its like they have just stopped coming up with original stories.
That episode was kinda weird.
