I actually forgot to post the original soundtrack of what's basically my favorite videogame of all times, American McGee's Alice.
The music was composed by Chris Vrenna, who, if I'm not mistaken, once was a part of Marilyn Manson's band

This thread is severely lacking mod OSTs.
Here comes The Nameless Mod, possibly the best mod ever made. The main menu theme in particular is an epic introduction that lets you know you're in for a great time.

Ancient Aliens is a frenetic megawad for Doom II, definitely worth checking out. Its original soundtrack is some of my favorite work in a Doom wad.

The Dark Mod is a master of atmosphere. Here is the main menu theme that perfectly sets the mood for the dark, steampunk vibe.

The Stanley Parable had Elevator Bossa Nova by Bensound with light narrator commentary in the background that adds a certain je ne sais quoi. Funny, yet relaxing. The mod uses royalty-free music in a surprisingly good way.

Half Quake Amen is a part of a series of mods that seek to do nothing more than test your capacity for bullshit. Had a great soundtrack to boot.

The Black Mesa theme presents a unique, forlorn view on the tragedy that occurred, and what it meant for humanity.

I've not yet played NeoTokyo, but I know it has a killer OST.

Let's also get some old PS1 (or remake) classics in here.
Stewart Copeland of The Police fame wrote the music for the original Spyro games, and this particular theme was also adapted for use with The Amanda Show.

The Prague Philharmonic is responsible for performing the OST on MediEvil: Ressurection, a remake of the PS1 classic. The Gallowmere Waltz is a perfect introduction to the musical ideas of the game.

Saviors has a really good soundtrack for a budget shoot em up. Its a pretty good game in its own right for its price as well.
