That's a negative. Everyone was browsing on demand that night. If anyone had gotten ahold of it, we'd all have seen it by now. Disney just skipped the early showing this week. Maybe they're sick of leaks, or maybe they're just going to resume on demand this week and we'll actually have 2 new episodes to watch. Wouldn't that be a pleasant surprise.

I guess I'll give this show a second chance. My friend showed me the first episode but I felt like it was meant for little kids so I didn't watch anymore

I'm not gonna lie, it doesn't ever lose it's kids show feel. It's not like adventure time or regular show where it tries to get away with a lot of adult humor or really strange jokes mixed into the kids humor. It's just a well written well drawn kids show. You should give Episode 2 a watch though, I liked it a lot more than the first episode.

It's pretty much a fact that the pilot episode of any series sucks. I always skip the first episode unless the series is told like an adventure and the first episode is pretty damn important.
The music in this cartoon is surprisingly good.

I'm pretty sure Grunkle Stan is a free mason. In episode two he says "No one from the lodge [...]". Then keep in mind the ending of episode 1 (I think it is episode one) where he goes down the secret passage from the vending machine. It's just a hunch, and hell I may even be late, but I really think he is. Also, there are many depictions of the all seeing eye in the mystery shack.

I've only seen one episode, but I definitely remember it having a definite "adult" joke. I forget what it was though.

I don't think GF has it worse than anyone. It's just over time people come up with worse and worse ways to ruin fanbases and they all spill over from new show to new show. I made this picture to explain how I feel:
