I think it's just cheesy advertisement speak for 'your kids are enjoying themselves'
Aww, god damnit. But it makes sense. I've got really excited for a moment.
Seemse to be just a reference to the book part.
Damn the T-Rex looks neat!
I hope the roar of the D-Rex is going to be hair raising.
Looks like Mr. DNA is back, judging by what the site says. I wonder if there will be a scene with him, and if he'll be 2D or 3D.

The nice thing about JP lore is that you can blame all the faults in dinosaur anatomy on the fact they're genetically engineered. :v:

I was under the impression that Chris Pratt and the raptors were both fleeing from something (The D-Rex) and the raptors were so scared of it that they didn't give a rats ass about the presence of potential prey.
Just the impression I got.
They have a big ass volcano on the map now, I wonder if there will be any volcanic activity in the movie. It's something new that was never said to be on any of the old JP islands' geography.
Also the t-rex has cool scars
also the visitor center actually looks like a modern day visitor center/museum/souvenir shopping building, well done. The website is also really good

Definitely not. Raptors are too intelligent and aggressive to get intimidated. Also, it's shown directly the scene before that they were released.

What, you've never seen a trailer cut two scenes together in a suggesting manner which doesn't play out that way in actuality? Really? Even if they were released they may have been released as bait, to overwhelm the D-rex with choices of prey.
Also, I disagree. I'm sure the raptors would be intimidated by something AS intelligent as them, but five times bigger.

I have seen many scenes that were mixed. But this one just doesn't look like that they are fleeing. I go by Pratt's face expressions this time. We will see when the movie comes out.

well, the raptors did attack the t-rex at the end of jurassic park
so they might really just be stupid when thought to be intelligent, like my dog.

To be fair, the t-rex bit one of them and had it in its jaw, I don't think it's unreasonable for them to attack him.
There's a trailer guide with Trevorrow on Empire
Here are the most important parts:
About the new dinosaur
"There is no shortage of awesome [real] dinosaurs. We could have populated this entire story with new species that haven’t been in any of these movies. But this new creation is what gave me a reason to tell another Jurassic Park story. We have the most awe-inspiring creatures to ever walk the Earth right in front of us, but for some reason that’s not enough. We're always hungry for the next thing, and those who profit from it are always looking to feed that hunger. The focus groups want something bigger than a T-Rex. And that’s what they get."

About the Mosasaur
"The idea came out in one of our first meetings, I didn’t know if Steven [Spielberg] and Frank [Marshall] had considered an underwater reptile, so I pitched the mosasaurus and went off on the idea. I thought it would be cool if we had this massive animal and the park used one of our most fearsome modern predators as food. There could be a whole other facility where they used shark DNA to mass-produce them to feed the bigger beast. It’s a bonkers idea, but I'm comfortable going to Crazytown, because I used to live there when I was a kid."

About the raptors
"Owen’s relationship with the raptors is complicated. They aren't friends. These animals are nasty and dangerous and they'll bite your head off if you make the wrong move. But there are men and women out there today who have forged tenuous connections with dangerous predators. That's interesting territory to me."
Head to the full guide, it's really interesting.

It's the T-Rex from the first one. Look at the scars, those are made by one of the raptors at the end of the first movie. (The picture is most likely mirrored so he looks to the right)
Chris Pratt says that the movie is going to be 10 times better than the trailer.
The trailer for the latter movie just recently debuted online, and Pratt confessed that he had some qualms about it:
Namely, he wasn't happy with his own performance. "I'm just like, Aw, why did I do that with my eyebrow?" he told Vulture.
"Unfortunately, it was one of those things you do as an artist where you're hypercritical about it the first time you see it.
I had to take a couple steps back and keep watching it before I was like, 'Oh my God, that is really good.'
So it took me two or three times seeing it before I knew it was great, but that's how I was with Guardians of the Galaxy,
that's how I was with The Lego Movie, that's how I am with everything I'm in." A self-confessed Jurassic Park superfan,
Pratt sought to assure fans, "The movie's gonna be ten times better than the trailer."
It's really sad that they have to defend what's happening in the trailer and how it disappointed some fans and made them believe
that it's going to be some sort of B-movie story. I know that there will be much, much more behind all the stuff. They all should just wait until the movie comes out, but no
let's already criticize the whole movie before it's even out.
So some people were able to form connections with the dinosaurs. Perhaps Chris Pratt's character saved one of the raptor babies or was involved in the raptor's lives as they were growing up. Which is why, they won't just attack him straight up.
What did Hammond say in the first one? "They remember the first creature they come in contact with"

[sp]You can even hear the T-Rex roar[/sp]
Oh shit what if they have OTHER trained dinosaurs aside from the raptors?
Like, what if they just sick a fuckton of domesticated dinosaurs on it and it just destroys all of them with its cuttlefish powers?
Rather unlikely I think. But everything is possible.
The raptors are probably the same ones we seen in the other trailers. They listen to Chris Pratt's character, so he probably saved a baby, saved them, or nurtured them while they were young.

It's a very interesting plot element that I hope they won't fuck up and use as an excuse to do something stupid with.
If this is called jurassic World, does that mean that it's going to effect the world more this time. Instead of it just affecting the park, it somehow, ends up spreading, whether it's the genes they're creating or something else.

no, they just changed the name of the park, like Disney World.
That part in the leaked trailer with [sp]pteradons attacking a helicopter[/sp] has me excited.
The one good thing to come of that utterly retarded first draft with the dino-men in a castle in Sweden or whatever was the opening, where dinosaurs are starting to find their way off the islands and begin attacking the mainland.
More human vs dinosaur combat, I wanna see them as destructive as they were in the first one, just on a larger scale.

I thought i was on to something with that.I was thinking of the end of Jurassic park 1, when the T-rex was roaming around town. This could of spun off into something similar.
