Wow, that cast is amazing. I am so ready.
I love this cast.
Oh my fucking God. [sp]Ronald Reagan[/sp] I can't even.
wow. That's literally the last role I'd imagine him playing, but it feels so right.

Nick Offerman looks so weird without the mustache.
Okay then.
Solid start to the season!
The first episode was better than previous season's pilot, which is crazy because the bar was set very high.
The first 10 minutes or so was weird but the setup is pretty damn good.
I could spot a few posters of Reagan in the background with Campbell's face on them.
There's a lot more use of editing in the show, it's pretty darn good.
The music selection for this season seems really...odd. Also, I don't remember much from the first season but is either the Gerhardts or the Kansas City guys one of the [sp]people in the office building Malvo massacred in the first season?[/sp]
The music selection for this season seems really...odd.
You aren't kidding, I found it really bizarre when episode 2 ended with Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds.
I really like the imagery of the U.F.O. though. Sort of like it has an all seeing on the town and the lurid acts being committed. Also how it caused the whole of the events for Peggy and Ed is pretty neat [sp] with distracting Rye. [/sp]
Really enjoying this season so far. Mike is an amazing villain so far, really enjoying how he talks.

we don't talk about jw wotw the new generation around these parts (also no it makes sense it would be the original because it came out in '78 and the season takes place in '79)
I haven't really taken notice, but have they really only played 79 and earlier songs so far?
i can't vouch for every single song, but what i have heard and can recall is period appropriate, yes.
I really like where they're going with the second season. Each character has an interesting story, the atmosphere is definitely there (again) and the great reception that it's getting right now is definitely justified: http://www.metacritic.com/tv/fargo/season-2
It's also nice that it has a nice, original atmosphere while still retaining a similar sort to the first season. It feels completely different; none of the characters seem to be like they fit in the first season, and yet, it feels so accompanied and so together. So far, a truly stellar piece of art.
This season feels far more violent and action-oriented. Not that I'm complaining.
Man, it was snowy today and really reminded me of the first season. Probably because I drove past a bunch of the filming spots.

This season is one of the best seasons of TV I've honestly ever seen
Bokeem Woodbine is SO FUCKING GOOD. Like holy shit they way he portrays Mike Milligan is just fucking spectacular
Is Mike Milligan a cop? I can't remember from the first episode but was it him and Everybody Loves Raymond who are doing like an undercover thing or something?
