The original series is a classic TV show and FWWM is a great scary flick, but I cannot recommend the new season to anyone. So far it's just be 7 hours of straight amateur melodrama with a hint of non-sense and try-hard humor.

Not hard to believe, considering who Lynch is.

What the fuck was going on with that diner scene? Its not presented as anything weird, but Shelly loses an hour in the span of like half a second and looks around noticing that everyone is a different place.

Although it seems more like Shelly is just looking around in slight confusion after the guy yells "anyone seen Billy?" and then just brushes it off, because she acts normally during the credits.

It was just during season 2 when she was given nothing to do and adopted the cringey "dark Donna" persona that made people hate her (alongside the behind the scenes drama). And even if second Donna was considered better, actor discrepancies always annoys me and takes me out of the movie/show/etc
