[B]it's a really low budget and rushed production.[/B] just look at how bad the photoshops are for the establishing shots[/QUOTE] lynch nearly quit directing the revival because he wasn't getting enough money for it, it was originally supposed to be 9 episodes. or do u not remember that? this is obviously a huge passion project for him and could well be the last thing he ever makes for screens. i dont think he's letting intentionally shitty vfx into his baby. there's something odd happening in and around twin peaks, the Lodge is leaking out and affecting the world more, the reflection shot is supposed to convey this in a subtle way.

Part 14 never leaked onto the Internet, despite being up for several hours. I accidentally read some vague spoilers about it on Reddit and I'm really looking forward to it, seems like it will be a good one.
