They really should have kept the title as Edge of Tomorrow. At least then you can play with the title better, like, Beyond Tomorrow or something.

I like the fan idea of calling it "Beyond Tomorrow".
Edge of Tomorrow was a generic name but it fit the plot. Live Die Repeat was just strange. Then there's the original manga title (at least last I heard it was) All You Need Is Kill which is a little bit better. From all these the generic name probably got the most tickets.
Live, Die, Repeat and Repeat just sounds retarded.

All you need is kill might be the original name, but it's a daft name to use in the West, it's broken English.
Anyway, Edge of Tommorow was probably my favorite film of 2014 (i can't think of what else came out that year which I liked), it was an unashamedly fun and funny action film even with the meh looking aliens,. Not sure how i feel about a sequel, i know you can carry the war on or bring the aliens back, but you can't keep reusing the groundhog day theme, it'll get boring.

[sp]Sir Anthony Hopkins chewing up the footage and Hot Rod talking in the worst attempt of a French accent I've ever heard.[/sp] WW gets one last trailer and we get 30 seconds of something that was there at a private event a month ago. All I wanted was if Welker was Megatron again.

Sort of. If you look on the Blu Ray spine and disc it says Live.Die.Repeat/Edge of Tomorrow. It's all bullshit if you ask me, the title is not the reason it performed poorly. Poor marketing is what did that

Whenever Del Toro loses a project I get pretty sad but Harbour seems like a damn good replacement for Perlman and there's an lot they can do with that R-rating they couldn't before. I wonder if it'll help the film stay close to source material than Del toros

And we got more info on the film in the form of the most bullshit continuity ruining clip I've ever seen. I know the gist of the films is that it runs on the "They've been her for a long time" conspiracy plotline, but a lot of these clips contradicts everything from the first film, and that was actually good.

Even though I'm disappointed in the lack of Perlman/del Toro, as long as Mignola is behind it, I have complete faith.
