I knew they were going to do it, but not this soon.

seems like they've got an actual premise
still just cashing in but it looks a lot better than most kids movie sequels (which are as bad as sequels usually get)
And now for something completely different:

Poster for the new Gaspar Noe film. Described as "A sexual melodrama about a boy and a girl and another girl. It's a love story, which celebrates sex in a joyous way."
Noe is one of the best and most inventive directors working so yea im hyped for this. Interesting it's described as "joyous" too considering how bleak the rest of his work is. I imagine celebration of sex does not mean celebration of relationships or people or modern life though.
Chappie trailer is up:

Ummm I remember when this film was called a comedy. That sure was a dark serious trailer lol. Either this trailers mis-leading as fuck or Blomkamp did one hell of a backpedal.
wait what only 360p
what the fuck
Probably hasn't finished processing or something.
Oh my Die Antwoord is in the movie... That's just strange.
But of course, it looks great!
While I like it, I'd love to see Blomkamp doing a film outside his directorial comfort zone, the dirty-postapo universe.

impressive ninja skills damn
Chappie looks good imo-- I think it looks pretty comedic. Not entirely but it looks like it'll be a mix of the light-hearted and dark.
why i thought it was gonna be a buddy cop movie with a black like robot?
Chappie looks awesome

Among the more interesting news - After 21 years Al Pacino and Brian de Palma will make a film again: a remake of 2003 Belgium thriller "The Memory of the Killer". Well, their two previous collaborations were simply brilliant and I hope it will bring de Palma to his good days (I checked IMDb, his last good movie was really Mission: Impossible.)
Orc looks like he's from a Blizzard CGI trailer.
King dude looks like a cosplayer.
Intriguing. Christopher Eccleston, Michael Gambon, Richard Dormer, Stanley Tucci and Jessica Raine, set in snowy and desolated place? I'm in.
Blizzard revealed two characters from the upcoming Duncan Jones's Warcraft film (March 2016)
I'm cautiously optimistic about this because while I couldn't give less of a shit about warcraft, Duncan Jones seems to know his shit.
Duncan Jones is not only a great film maker. But also son of Bowie.
He could make hardcore scat porn and I'd watch it. He's got quality in his blood.

I feel really bad for liking Beyonce's soundtrack for the movie so much. When it comes out I'll have to discreetly listen to it all
Don't be ashamed of liking Beyoncé her new album goes HARD but do be ashamed if u like 50 shades of grey cos it's fucking trash
[editline]15th November 2014[/editline]
God that new trailer is terrible. It doesn't look badly made or anything but fuck ir entirely. Christian Grey is literally a manipulative sociopath rapist who convinces the girl he's what she wants so he can fuck her some more, with or without her consent. It's an abusive relationship and I hate that the shlocky, damaging novel got a mainstream film adaptation
Wouldn't mind having this hanging on my wall:

Is it a trailer or the full movie ? Also it looks cringy as fuck
The premise of this one isn't really that new and original, and it has Blake Lively starring in main role but screw all that look at the guy who is playing young Harrison Ford, fucking uncanny.

It's been ages since Al Pacino did anything worth watching, this one doesn't look like a masterpiece, but at least it may not suck.

X-Men aside, I don't see Patrick Stewart often in movies recently, so this one looks like treasure fueled only with good script and acti-- wait a fucking second is that Matthew Lillard in a serious role?

Matthew Lillard's been in plenty of serious roles
