that series has always been a manipulative cash cow 1 was for kids at the time 2 was for when those same kids were slightly older 3 was when those kids were heading off to college and "too old for toys" now 4 will be about their first lady fuck those movies and their carefully constructed target audience. thats got nothing to do with clever storytelling. thats just manipulating yourself an audience out of impressionable kids

2 and 3 were obviously more cash-grabby but the first one is no more guilty of it than any other kids movie out there tbh

This is old news but I just saw that the new Paranormal Activity movie (yes another one) is not only found footage but [I]3D too[/I]. A fucking 3D found footage movie. I can't even imagine how horrific it will be, and not in the way they intend.

I'm somewhat optimistic about the FassCreed movie, mostly because the guy who directed Macbeth is directing, Fassbender is in it, and it's a different setting than any of the games, though the writer is shit, video game movies are mostly shit and it's just gonna end up being a rehash of the first game's plot but with Spaniards.

No I mean there is already a Halo TV show out, it came out a while ago. Two of them I think.
